I read the whole thing, and I believe the two most pertinent things are: 1. The disinfo artist will seek to emotionalize and chastise any failure (real or false claims thereof) and will seek by means of INTIMIDATION to prevent discussion in general. 2. ...sidetrack opponents with NAME CALLING and RIDICULE.
