Hi Everyone, I am a newbie here and am looking for feedback on Chakra Meditation. I started to meditate about a month ago and love it. I am beginning to experience some things since I started this. Colors are more vivid which I can see with my eyes closed during meditation. Another thing is my left hand and especially my fingertips for lack of a better word buzz/vibrate. We had a thunderstorm here the other night and it was very pronounced. I also notice this when I am writing. If anybody else has had this experience please let me know as I am very interested and would like to know what it could possibly be.

Several years ago, while receiving help from a healer, I experienced my first vibrational energy shift. When it happened, my arms, legs, torso, head and feet began to shake independently and then my whole body began shake at once. While it was happening I was freezing cold. The first experience lasted for over 20 minutes and the next morning I had a terrible headache similar to a hangover. Since the first event, I have experienced 9 more events. The last occurrence happened when my body was fatigued and physically exhausted. I went to bed and asked energy through prayer to help me and within five minutes or so, my body began to shake. When my shaking stopped, I fell asleep and woke up an hour or so later feeling refreshed. I also learned from the healer how to be still and feel "energy" moving across my face and through my hair.
Hi Rossman, I think you're right and even stranger my left hand started to do it again. It happened about ten minutes ago. It feels like energy and that's the only way I can put it. I don't believe anything happens by accident. All the replies I have received have been spot on and help me with all the pieces of the puzzle. Blessings

Focus on your brealthing during on your meditation session and also focus on the three points - pyramid points on your forehead. This guide was given from the Arcturians and many others. Enjoy your meditation cause it will heal and smooth your spiritual journey.

Also meditation increases and opens up abilities maybe that is what is happening.
Could your hand need some stretching? Stretching/exercise complement meditation very well.... Maybe too next time you feel the sensation at your fingertips try to visit the sensation. Maybe even move your fingertips and feel it??? Great job meditating!!!
Thanks for responding! I'm going to take your advice and try to visit the sensation. I do believe that this is awakening though. Funny thing is when I meditate, my hands are resting comfortably by my side. The sensation is only in one hand and I feel like my hand has been "turned on" Maybe some Chakra cleansing is in order!
