Yes, the declaration document, written by Chinese exiles around the world and 6-Months in the making, has merit. The world has an issue with the CCP/PRC/PLA, not innocent Chinese people, who deserve freedom from 71-years of communist tyranny. The PLA cannot really fight campaigns successfully, to expand CCP ambitions in the region. Due to the 1979 "one child per family," PLA top brass consider most troops "whimps, pansies and soft, fat, pampered brats..!" They can square-bash, like Russians, but cannot fight like Russians. Indian intel have known this since 1967, when Indian troops gave the Chinese a drubbing, on the border. Vietnam know how weak the PLA is, when they repelled a Chinese invasion in 1979....
Unlike the countries mentioned and UK_US_NATO, Chinese troops and generals have no middle-east/Afghan warfare, tactical experience. The PLA is a paper dragon and fear the prospects of war with Taiwan, if ordered by the CCP...
I suggest that the PLA fully work for this proposed new federal China....
