Sitting quietly, start breathing deeply with your belly expanding first, then your chest, and let there be no pause between your breaths. With every breath you are breathing in Divine Love and letting go of everything else as you breathe out. You are breathing in Divine Peace and letting go of the world as you exhale.

Simply observe without judgement any arising thought, give it NO ATTENTION and watch it fade. With practice the volume of these random thoughts reduces drastically, but you have to practise! In this way you don’t add to the outer chaos of the illusory world, you actually assist in healing and the clarity of thinking for ALL.

What you focus on you give your energy and power to. Make sure you focus on the right things! If a negative thought grabs your attention, pull yourself up straight away, withdraw your focus. Zap it with LIGHT! That counteracts the negative turning it into a positive.
