I'm tending to believe that it is real extraterrestrial since there is a slowed-down part that looks interesting.

I'm going for fake. The slowed down part is intended to enhance the idea that it is real. The whole way this craft behaves and the flashing lights etc do no show any signs of advance propulsion systems or even any remote sign of intelligence. You don't get yourself 1200 IQ to make a craft that looks like a flashing neon sign.
Real craft don't behave like that, and don't even look like that. Any of them.
Very good argument about the slowed down part, because that was a little too much of a "great view," and such "great views" are usually too good to be true, as was the case with Billy Meir's trick shots. But you are not exactly correct about the lighting of ET craft; two of the three UFO's I have seen actually did have flashing and pulsating lights. It would have been nice if other witnesses came forward regarding this sighting; I am starting to think that it is a fake based on the slowed-down part. It sort of reminded me of the light function generated by the craft in the film "Independence Day," when the "primary weapon" was used by the alien craft.
