We exist in a dualistic, holographic Universe where polarity can be felt in extreme measures. According to the Wes Penre Papers, as far as extraterrestrial races involved with planet Earth there are “good guys” and there are “bad guys”.
Although there may be good and bad beings in each extraterrestrial race, Wes has summarized the players of the game and has described where they are from. For the purpose of explanation the “nanosecond” he refers to is the time period of accelerated learning between 1987 and 2012

Ugly silicon-based ET life forms....?? LOL..............I accept your surrender.....!!!
KRISHNA: this is a good article, but there is no mention of the Tall Whites (who are believed to be working with the U.S. military in Nevada) or the Lyrans (who are direct ancestors of the Pleiadians). I suspect that the Lyrans are the race who I was encountering per astral projection, and now the other negative and abusive extraterrestrial beings mentioned in your posted article are now "cutting in" during my astral searches. As is the case with the Central Intelligence Agency (C.I.A.) and the Office of Naval Intelligence (O.N.I), once a U.S. government A$$H0LE, always a U.S. government A$$H0LE I say, be it human or non-human.
HOW ABOUT GIVING THIS TECHNOLOGY TO THE MASSES, AND NOT JUST THE MILITARY INDUSTRIAL SIMPLEX AND THEIR ILLUMINATI BANKER BED BUDDIES?????
LYRAN
As the original human inhabitants of Lyra (who have a common origin with Terran humanoids) were driven out of that system many thousands of years ago, some of the present day inhabitants of the ’Lyra’ constellation are be of reptiloid descent. During the Lyran wars which are mentioned in several ’contactee’ accounts, a mass exodus’ of humans reportedly left the system and escaped to the Pleiades, the Hyades [which are 130 light-years from earth in the Taurus constellation], and to Vega which is also in Lyra. This region, like our own system, is still be a ’battleground’ between saurian greys and humans.

KRISHNA: one of the oldest debates in India concerns whose version of the Bhagavad Gita is the best, as is the Bible. This was a famous debate between Yoko Ono and Prabhupada of the Hare Krishnas (who claimed his version was the best because he could prove disciplic succession). Nevertheless, there are similar descriptions that talk about possible space wars involving aliens in the Vedas. This is why one of the biggest Vedic libraries in the world is in Germany (since Hitler wanted information on the technology). SO YES, YOU ARE CORRECT. But were these "gods" (i.e. aliens) warriors as well? Here's one such article that discusses such wars in India, and unfortunately vanity and ego may have been involved:
History’s lost lesson: Ancient nuclear war among Indus Valley civil...
July 20, 2011 –INDIA – Is man on the threshold of a new world or merely stuck on a circular treadmill repeating the doomed lessons from history which he never seems to learn? A growing number of scholars believe the world’s macabre fascination with nuclear war is just the latest repeat in a series of blunders human technology seems obsessed with repeating. Ancient tales speak of flying vimanas. Vimanas were real vehicles and the origin of the ‘Aeroplanes.’ Great wars were described in early religious texts. Weapons could literally level the land like a moving force field. In ancient India, we find words for certain measurements of length; one was the distance of light-years and one was the length of an atom. Only a society that possessed nuclear energy would have the need for such words. When Oppenheimer said ‘I am become the destroyer of worlds,’ he was quoting from these ancient books. Believe it or not, the deserts on a number of continents today are the result of (prehistoric) nuclear warfare. Historian Kisari Mohan Ganguli says that Indian sacred writings are full of such descriptions, which sound like an atomic blast as experienced in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. He says references mention fighting sky chariots and final weapons. An ancient battle is described in the Drona Parva, a section of the Mahabharata. “The passage tells of combat where explosions of final weapons decimate entire armies, causing crowds of warriors with steeds and elephants and weapons to be carried away as if they were dry leaves of trees,” says Ganguli.
Consider these verses from the ancient Mahabharata: …a single projectile charged with all the power of the Universe. An incandescent column of smoke and flame As bright as the thousand suns Rose in all its splendour… a perpendicular explosion with its billowing smoke clouds… …the cloud of smoke rising after its first explosion formed into expanding round circles like the opening of giant parasols… ..it was an unknown weapon, an iron thunderbolt, a gigantic messenger of death, which reduced to ashes The entire race of the Vrishnis and the Andhakas. …The corpses were so burned as to be unrecognizable. The hair and nails fell out; Pottery broke without apparent cause, And the birds turned white. After a few hours All foodstuffs were infected… …to escape from this fire, the soldiers threw themselves in streams to wash themselves and their equipment. Until the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, modern mankind could not imagine any weapon as horrible and devastating as those described in the ancient Indian texts. Yet, they very accurately described the effects of an atomic explosion. Radioactive poisoning will make hair and nails fall out. Immersing oneself in water gives some respite, though it is not a cure.
