Fear Porn Addiction is not freedom or awakening.
Fear 'Porn' is often seen w/ the overheated rhetoric that is often unsubstantiated (except by quotes from other unsourced fear mongers) that is churned out by the internet fear mongers. There’s no shortage of this stuff. Those who deliberately motivate us by attempting to throttle our fears are using a very problematic dishonest manner to promote their message. Even the most dire subjects can be discussed w/o resorting to Fear 'Porn'.
It is up to us to use our discernment to separate what is useful consideration from what is hyped sensationalistic Fear 'Porn' intended to get attention by scaring us. We all have more than sufficient discernment to sort this information out.
There is a considerable need for legitimate whistleblowers to reveal things, but this needed information can be discussed w/o sensationalistic overheated hype. The lurid overstatement of Fear 'Porn' is enemy of legitimate whistle blowers whose message is often unfortunately subsumed by this rhetoric.
