When we are stressed our emotions may get stored in our bodies. By talking out loud whilst tapping, we link our frontal cortex with the limbic system, and release our emotional attachment to upsetting issues. These points shown above are our Chinese meridian points. In emotional freedom technique we tap with the middle fingers of our right hand, or when needed with both hands.

The sequence is Karate Chop KC, Top of head TH, between eyebrows EB, sides of eyes SE, under eyes UE, under nose UN, on chin CH, under collar bones CB, on outsides of chest under arms UA, then back to top of head TH. Then start again at karate chop point.

"Yep of course 😊🎶Posted a few good ones the other day to. You should find them on that music page easily. It will say they were posted on June 25th or maybe a little before then."
