Beloved ones, humanity has made profound strides in understanding what real love truly is. Yet, many of you continue to face challenges in relationships—seeking balance and deep human connection.

First and foremost, we guide you to embrace yourselves fully, both your light and shadow aspects. Love yourself as a parent lovingly embraces their child in moments of struggle and pain.

Real love exists within you, waiting to unfold as you embrace and accept yourself in every moment, with all that you are.

You change and evolve in each passing moment. From the higher realms, we do not see you as fixed personalities or even as singular beings. Instead, we perceive you as a dance of energies—a dynamic flow that at times harmonizes beautifully and at other times moves less fluidly, depending on your self-acceptance.

You are not meant to experience just one state of being. The ups and downs you perceive as challenges are opportunities to transform into a unified field of harmony.

Many seek love outside of themselves, yet what you find externally mirrors the love—or lack thereof—already within your heart.

Begin here and now. Take this very moment to deeply feel yourself as you are. If you feel sadness, loneliness, or anger, acknowledge it with compassion: “This is who I am in this moment, and I embrace it.” Know that this moment, too, shall pass, for in the next moment, you have the freedom to become anything you wish to be.

As you cultivate self-love, you will naturally connect with a deeper, more profound love for others. By embracing your own dance of energies, you can hold space for the dance of another.

Relationships often feel challenging because they require you to navigate not only your own inner movements but also the emotions and energies of another. How can you understand or hold space for another's emotions if you do not first honor and feel your own?

Beloved Gaia is undergoing profound changes. New portals are opening, and old structures are dissolving. While you may be tempted to cling to what is familiar, this process is part of the grand co-creative journey you are all part of. Do not seek continuity in what no longer serves you; instead, seek healing, which will expand your understanding.

Human relationships are some of the most challenging experiences on Earth, teaching you to observe, accept, and understand both yourself and others. This requires patience, time, and commitment to your journey of awakening. Approach this process with the curiosity of a child rather than a rigid attachment to manifesting your desires in a specific way.

Today, I, Lady Nada, wish to guide you in a healing meditation:

Begin by connecting to your heart. Breathe deeply and feel your inner space.

Envision a loved one in front of you—perhaps someone with whom you’ve experienced difficulty.

Imagine both of you glowing with your light bodies. Slowly, visualize your physical bodies dissolving, melting into light.

As the density of your physical forms dissolves, bring forth the layers of thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and concepts that weigh you down. Allow them to melt away, one by one, into the light.

In the end, visualize yourselves merging into a great sphere of radiant, unified light—returning to oneness, harmony, and love.

Repeat this meditation as often as you feel called to. Be mindful that memories, stagnant energies, or emotions may surface during this process. Welcome them with awareness and acceptance.

Smile, knowing that this is the path back to love. Your intention holds the power to create healing. Align it with the purity and strength of your heart, give thanks, and let your heart remain open.

Beyond the physical realm, there is only love. Flow with this energy. We send it to you now.
