A word on putting the "you" back into God...

You cannot know God unless you first know yourself

For how will you recognize it?

As something to fear or to embrace--like a stranger on the street?

To know God is to know yourself

For YOU are one--together

Your separation with God..

....with the world...

......with each other......

..........is a GrAnD ILLuSioN.........

One in which you chose and are currently choosing

One that binds you to fear, mortality, pretection, corruption

The need or desire to be above, to be exhaulted--to be elevated--is the rebellion against God...

....And YOURSelF

It is to believe wholeheartedly in the grand delusion

For it chaffes the spirit of ONE--the ONE consciousness that links us all

Than can bring Heaven on this Earth

Peace in turmoil, quiet to the racket of unabashed and misdirected hate.

To say hate is misdirected is a bit of a misnomer, for hate need not a place to go...

to exist elsewhere, but a place to be transformed and turned into GOLD

To Love is the only real substance there is..

...but it is not...

Love is a passion that moves the wheels of the soul

Without it we are left idleing

Wondering...waiting..when we shall be catapulted to...

....Another time...

......Another place......

.........A new circumstance........

In which such cold-heartedness and self-hatred cease to persit

But we have had in us the Engineers of a NEw ErA all along

From day one, before we knew who we are, who we WERE

Because love is all there is--love is God--and since you are not separate from God

LOVE IS YOU

Love is a precarious thing in our world

I say "thing" because it is often treated as an object to be shared or withdrawn

to accept or deny,

to behold and engrave

Love is a verb--we know this but have forgotten

Love is not just a state like happy, angry sad...

Love is action

Love flows in and out like a tide

exposing treasures that were once hidden in the sands of your soul

To love is to sympathize for we share emotional states, energy shifts and imbalances

because there are no borders

And the imbalances only due to our limitation of scope

our belief in a location, a position, a place

Our inability to see the all encompassing

To truly sympathize with ALL

With the killer and the victim, the sheep and the wolf, the angler and the fish

is love

Love is not selective

for it is the way of being. 

You cannot choose to "be" when you wish

because you always are

The building block of you is the essence of all that is

You are all that is--

there is no need to look elsewhere to find "more"

To find God, to experience love

It is not at the edge of your fingertips, it is your fingertips

It is not out of your reach--it is well within your confines

It is your domicile.  It is what you (should) know best

It is your vehicle

It is your pilot

Every inch of you is holy because every inch  of you is God

We have created enterntainment INDUSTRIeS

A whole ART FORM-production scheme

to distract us from what is real

to build a circus next to a temple

to underminr its power; presence and the divine quality of simple decadence

To keep us from knowing love and knowing God

To keep you from realizing and accepting your own inner wisdom

For leading you to the path to ultimate truth and freedom

There are no authorities that can show you the way

The way is an evolving maze of doors and paths

Only God knows the path--for God is the path

Which is a good thing that you are God ;)

So if God is the way, God is the path and you are God...

Why is life so difficult?

if we are all there is

If we are the the direction

the location

the legend

the key and the map

Why have we lost our way?

Lik an old man who frantically looks for the very glasses

that sit upon his head

You too have forgotten you hold the key to your own salvation

Not salvation from an entity, and object, a desire

But salvation from delusion

Salvation from amnesia

Salvation from denial

You will look around for those glasses

upon your head my friend

Until your reflection is beset upon you

Or you feel the weight of what you have lost come down

Putting the YOU in God sounds silly

--even blasphemous--

to those who see God as external

As a garment or accesory we can don to protect and dazzle

To stand apart from

To gaze upon and uphold

But God isn't out there somewhere

on a cloud, in a ship, on a vessel

God is a vessel--the ONLY vessel

and God is not separate from you

It has only been our intent to make God seem separate from you

It has only been our intent to make God seem separate by removing

God from...places, phrases, ideas and concepts

Can we not see we are only removing ourselves?

Removing humanity?

Removing the essence of who we are

Sucking out the meat and leaving a hollow shell

Of course--this is only a ceremonial removal of God

because God cannot be replaced, removed, re-furbished, recycled

because God is all there is

Ceremonial removals of God only place steel doors where there should be bonds

There has been much confusion over what is God

and that we have to ask this question or fight over it is nonsensical

For if God is all--no one can be wrong

God can be a man, a woman, vengeful, loving

What never changes is the eternal nature of God.

For who claims God is temporary?

In fact "God" could almost be an antonym

to all that is temporary in Webster's dictionary

We all agree on this--whether you are God-fearing or an athiest

For those who do not profess "to believe" are often atesting to an external personifcation of God

and not to the existence of all that is

Here I am not confusing the creation from the creator

I am saying that there is no difference
We are neither the painter nor the picture

This separation is an illusion

The picture is a reflection of the painter

it is one piece of the painter's potential

But neither can exist without the other

The picture can't be painted is there is no painter

And a painter is not a painter without pictures to pain

So is the relationship betwen creation and The Creator

You can Love the pitcure,

You can Love the painter

But true appreciation comes when we appreciate their union.

To say we are a location is to say we stand still

Like a gaggle of unanimated buildings or a scultpure

with unpainted and hollow eyes

We create every day, every moment

Right now you ar ecreating

Forming thoughts, opinions, judgments

erecting barriers and clearing pathways

But it is all holy creation

Because we are holy architects

Sometimes unaware of the structures we are building

But this is okay--because all structures

paths and barriers are on the way to God

--rest upon Godd-

are created with God's spirit

Because God is all there is

How is God in a soldier's hand?

In a fisherman's spear?

In an assasin's hands?

In a cell of a virus?

In a lie from a mouth?

How does God destroy and create?

Be used to justify peace and violence?

Because God is all there is

It is only when we limit our scope do we see contrast

It is only when we get up close do we see the small boxes of color

that make of the mosaic of our tv screen

But how much insight do we gain

from staring at this one tiny box?

How can we judge a situation, a person, an emotion

when we have such a limited scope of what is?

It would be like calling an orange black

because we are only aware of two colors

Saying the world is flat when we have never seen another vantage point

Declaring a puzzle complete when we

can only find two pieces

To judge is to separate,

to distinguish

to say this is--this is not

But quite to the contrary all is,

nothing "is not"

And much anxiety, persecution,

condemnation is created in response

to a perception of

what is--or what is not

Attachment to a definition

--to a belief of the constant--

to hold on to what is thought to be fixed

But nothing is fixed, constant, is transportable

"is" or "is not" throughout all the division we have created

Because all is love

there is no "is not"

Love is not in some places and not in others

Love is not absent from the soul of anyone or the fibers of anything

Love is everywhere

We just need to change our vantage point to see it
