most people are potassium defficient and this important electrolyte mobilizes excess calcium plaque build-up in soft tissues, untreated causing joint inflammation; if not rectified, with a potassium rich diet, can lead to neuritis, arthritis, kidney stones, cramp, heart irregularities, etc.......lemon only offers a small amount, but does aid digestion and absorbtion of potassium.....we would recommend kale and/or avocado, daily, for good joint health, along with lemon water and acv...........
