  • Very sad what the banks and governments do.  I am going to have to tear down a legally built cabin up north, just because an official thought he was tricked.  It takes lots of money which Ron may not have to fight in court, I did not lose, I ran out of money and they banks and local governments know this.  I lost due to not being rich enough to protect my rights, which are guaranteed by the state supreme court ruling on a similar case.

But here is how this works, they, the bank in Rons case or the township in mine get with the good old boy club, meaning judges and drag you around the local courts several times until you run out of money and never can afford to get high enough to win and they know this. My sympathy Ron.

    • he should pray for lightning to strike it and burn it down, if he cant have his own home then no one should have it :)

      • Close to 80 percent of these foreclosures are fraudulent, this according to new analysis.  Too bad this could not be checked into.  In fact, many homes are severely damaged by folks whom leave the home for the banksters.

        • yes they are fraudulent, i am aware of this, however like your comment if he isnt rich he wont win, however the laws governing mortgages in the US state that if the owner of the mortgage (bank) sells your mortgage to another company without consulting you they have redacted on their agreement and have effectively given up the mortgage and the item is yours, also if the bank denies you paying, like some have been refused to pay their mortgage in cash, if they refuse your legal tender payment then they also have given up the mortgage again and you win.  these are the laws, and youll need to be damn rich to defend yourself using those laws.
