I do have a suggestion about what the FBI might wanna do with the bad guys. They used to have this thing called "stocks". That's where the head and hands and feet go in it. And um some countries, they still use em... The rule is this... When they perpetrate a crime like what is being talked about here... the parents can do anything they want to'em... except kill'em.
