This Full Moon takes place shortly before sundown with the east coast of the United States. The European viewers of this Full Moon should get a fantastic view of it in the night skies for Tuesday night of July 19th, 2016.

Basic Analysis Of The Full Moon Of July 2016

This Full Moon is significant because not only does it take place after a July 4th New Moon that equaled the U.S.A. natal Sun position, but it will feature a Sun with a focus of "attention" on the Moon in a transit Conjunction with the natal U.S.A. Pluto position in the U.S.A. 8th House. And this U.S.A. transit of Moon Conjunction Pluto will be the very strong and very intense REGARDLESS OF WHICH JULY 4th U.S.A. HOROSCOPE YOU USE.

But also note the transit of Saturn in retrograde over the Star of Antares (i.e. Archangel Oriel, Watcher of the West). Here are what my notes say about this star:

I interpret this star of Antares with "philosophical perspectives," and the conjunction of this star with Saturn (while Saturn is forming a square with Neptune, drawn in red above) indicates "restrictions that concern a change in philosophy" (Saturn Conjunction Antares) due to "conflicts" (Square) with "disappointment or deception" (Neptune). 

Squares indicate "technical conflicts," and this Saturn Square Neptune forming in the sky at this time and may indicate a major world-wide change or international conflict in philosophies that are possibly religious-institution based or government-institution based. This is due to the role of Neptune in Pisces representing religious institutions and certain government-based services (especially health care, prisons, and areas "isolated" from the general population (such as asylums or areas of great secrecy)).

I also interpret this Square to define continued political upheaval throughout the free world (since philosophy deals with political ideology), and this upheaval may spread into  areas where political freedom is limited due to religious or extreme military rule (i.e. the Middle East, Asia).

The Full Moon And the Horoscope of the U.S.A.

This Saturn Square Neptune transit has significant impact on the U.S. government due to this Square taking place with Saturn transiting the U.S.A. 6th House and Neptune transiting the U.S.A. 10th House.

The Full Moon (drawn in green above) may indicate crisis or "attention upon" (the Sun) the "people involved" (the Moon) with "activities of the elite or important financial areas" (Pluto in the 8th House). The transiting Trine between Mars and Chiron (drawn in purple) with the natal U.S.A. 2nd House Mercury may indicate "secretive military technology" (Mars / Chiron) in use with "important sources of U.S.A. communications, especially financial-based" (natal Mercury in the U.S.A. 2nd house). I interpret this as "secret use of technology by the ruling party of the government" (Mars in Scorpio the U.S. 6th House in Trine with Chiron in the U.S. 10th House) to manipulate "the press and media" (Mercury in the U.S. 2nd House).  PROOF OF THIS IS THAT INFOWARS CURRENTLY CLAIMS THAT FACEBOOK NOW CENSORS THE PHRASE "radical Islam," PROBABLY BECAUSE IT OFFENDS THE U.S. PRESIDENT'S RELIGION. Similar censorship is reportedly taking place on youtube.com as well.

In reference with the U.S.A. horoscope, this Saturn Square Neptune may define a conflict concerning "restrictions or limitations of government employees, the military, civil service, health care" (Saturn in the U.S.A. 6th House) and the focus of such  "Conflicts" (Square) may directly concern "disappointments or deceptions that concern the President, the ruling party, or the overall reputation" (Neptune in the U.S.A. 10th House).

SIMPLE INTERPRETATION?? I think U.S. government workers and officials are going to start to display conflicts due to being very disappointed or angry with the ruling party and/or the president. This is especially true as this Saturn Square Neptune transits toward the 11th degree of the mutable signs of the zodiac later in 2016, and this will have an impact on the overall "expression and personality of the U.S.A." due to this Square applying tension to the U.S.A. natal Sun position ("expression, personality, health") of 12 degrees Cancer 45 minutes.
