  Yeah, you are right, I agree that galactic history is relevant. (I meant the ULTRA big picture of we-are-all-one, there-is-nothing-that-is-not-God.) And as you say, as above, so below.

  My personal experience has been that the more reading I do on this subject, the more confusing it becomes, and since I Love clarity in myself, I more or less just pay attention to what I am doing on a day-to-day basis and just trust Creator Source to provide me with whatever information I need within to function as a Lightworker, Starseed, or whatever I am. ;o)
  
  To me, it's challenging enough for me to just stay in the Light and keep a Loving attitude without a lot of extraneous information to deal with. I'm in the process of "emptying" my brain of useless, needless information I have gathered over the years in my search for Truth.
  
  Since I believe that we are living in an Eternal Now, I feel it's totally my responsibility to create what I choose to experience. The big picture to me at this juncture is to become empowered, or to recognize the True power we all have and to transcend the disempowerment that we have experienced for so long on this planet.

    Hmmm, I feel driven to figure this stuff out (maybe it's just a phase...) and it seems to me that we need to understand our past in order to avoid making the same mistakes. I'm not saying everyone needs to do this, but it feels important to me, at least at the moment.

  Garden Of Eden was way behind Atlantis existing time and it does refer more to sumerians than atlanteans...it's goes back more to reptilian experiments to produce civilization as we know it now...Atlantis sunk because of very well known "every advanced civilization" mistake,where they think that they are most powerful and advanced on the planet,so they started to used it for dark intentions...so we can see that reflecting to every single civilization here...they are going wrong way at the end of the times...Atlantis is quiet a topic for me and I have been studying this for quiet a while...same,I have been told from my channellings about many lives spent in Atlantis by trying dark priests overcome...but every story has been written before...:)

    Yeah, I have to admit I am bit confused re the good guys vs the bad guys!! I know that ultimately we are all one, but such a big picture view isn't necessarily helpful when trying to understand what's going on in the world today. Thanks for your comments Out of the Blue.

    Thanks Sunrise, I think you are right, though the parallels between the Garden of Eden and Atlantis are quite striking. What is your understanding of the reptilian experiments to produce civilization?

  Well, Merryn, I can't say I have any actual knowledge per se about the Garden of Eden, but, I sure had a lot of questions about this subject when I was a kid. I've always felt that so many of the bible stories were figurative, dis-info, etc.
  
  Like you, I'm still fitting together pieces of the puzzle, and some have come together for me.....others are still missing, but, am I giving up my search? Oooooh, noooo. Not I.
  
  I couldn't agree with you more...."It seems that we haven't yet learnt from our past mistakes." It's my understanding that there have been 4 civilizations that have destroyed themselves on this planet, and that we are on the cutting edge of beginning the 5th civilization on the planet. However, this begs the question.....since the planet is evolving into the Fifth Dimension....will there be another planet to take her place for the 3D experience? That's what I believe, but, then I question......are the various dimensions actual places, or are they states of consciousness as are Heaven and hell?

    I left a lot of that Bible stuff behind previously, but now I'm thinking that there is some truth in some of those stories, but like you say they are figurative/metaphorical. I can't help feeling that the story of the Garden of Eden is one of those stories. Serpeant = reptilians/annunaki? Fruit = reductionist science? Adam and Eve = original humans? Being cast out = destruction of Atlantis?
    
    I remember Anastasia (refer Ringing Cedar series) said that everything went wrong once we got the idea that we needed to pull things apart in order to understand them. Earth had been paradise before that time, and humans lived in harmony with nature.

      The Urantia book goes over the Garden of Eden (ch 73) and Adam and Eve (ch 74). It goes over the creation of the universe and the rebellion that took place in this universe as well and how it effected this planet. The life of Jesus is also covered.

        Thanks BJ, it seems the Urantia book has been coming up a bit lately, and your comment is synchronistically pointing me in this direction too. Guess I better check it out! Thanks again for your prompt : )
