I cannot explain this with words becouse it's somthing that one must see with you own eyes for it to make an impact.

    ...Yea Paul + Linda...Cool Veggies....Her Vegetarian Meals...Are One Of The Best....Out There........Dont Get It Myself....How Human Beings...Can Treat Animals..In This Way..Let Alone Eat Them.....Makes My Heart Hurt....Agree....The Small Everyday Things....That Make The Changes.....Nice One Sis....:)...xx......

    Good work Sir Paul McCartney is doing to promote vegetarianism ...I usually buy Linda McCartneys famous recipes vegetarian/ vegan food.
    By the way if you wish you can change the spelling of Sir Paul McCartney on your header as you have spelt it McCarntney
