Global Spiritual Council is a miniature Celestial Hierarchy, direct led by Celestial Master (Messiah God ) in the Earth and Mother Earth. Celestial Master is in charge of all evolution program creation, Mother Earth is in charge of that program direction and briefings on Celestial Hierarchy, reporting to Celestial Hierarchy’s Supreme Council on the general works. Global Supreme Spiritual Council is Council of Great Holiness Ante-Creation.
" The principle of distinguishing frontier is due to regions and tones of energy and the density of the Universe under the permission of Celestial Hierarchy in order to create frontiers in the small universe or this earth. Divide the world into different regions and then Great Countries and then smaller areas, families of Great Holiness Society. There are two Councils: Council of Great Holiness Ante-Creation and Council of Great Holiness Post-Creation:
Council of Great Holiness Ante-Creation is the Supreme Spiritual Council of Great Holiness and Council of Great Holiness Post-Creation is the Council of Great Holiness which leads the world in term of current society. Council of Great Holiness Ante-Creation leads Council of Great Holiness Post-Creation.
Council of Great Holiness Ante-Creation has 49 people in invisible world:
1- Celestial Head (Celestial Master) on equal terms with Mother Earth (Gaia)
2- 7 commanders in chief of Energy regions
3- 28 divine spirits/saints guard at 28 important positions of the earth
4- 12 divine spirits who are the avatars of stars and zodiacs representing for superior stars in the Universe coming down to earth to help humanity evolve including Sirius, Arcturus, Pleiades, Vega...They are divided to manage different areas on earth suitable with Divine Plan.
Mission: have full powers to direct issues related to spiritual evolution in invisible world of humanity and the earth.
