Good and evil originated from the same source, just as light/dark, hot/cold, wet/dry, happy/sad, life/death etc. this universe cannot function without the pairs of opposites. We cannot appreciate one without the other. The ultimate fact is simply that the universe is intrinsically dependant on the constant interaction between positive and negative energy. This energy can be used for good or evil it all depends upon the desire of the user.
People choose to do things that are good or evil, just as fire can be used to create or destroy, most of the various forms of energy in this world can be manipulated for good or evil purposes. You don't blame the fire for it's natural qualities you blame the user. The fact that you meditate not make you good or bad, just develops your psychic powers. Do you want to change this? Well, you have to change your DNA. Do you think there is a meditation to change your DNA? NO. There are no 100% good people in this world, no Saints, etc...The evil and the good resides inside you, and you cannot remove the evil or the good, they are opposite sides of the same coin

The Sub-Conscious is what I would call the spiritual Mind, that's why i believe spirits influence our physical thoughts through our subconsious thoughts, whether they're trying to help us or hurt us, but I feel like I've been guided down a good path by spirits through most of my life.
good and evil are both necessary to maintain balance, the Enlightened recognize this and it's why they're very Non-judgemental.
I asked Jesus that question about evil and the answer I got was that there are no evil spirits. GOD created everything, GOD is Love and therefore would not create evil. Those we would consider evil have just fallen or behaving in a way that is just normal for them or have little or no choice because of their situaition/reality and the term is not an accurate discription of them as we define it. There is so much we don't know and we can't go around labeling something as inherently evil when we don't truely know and understand them. Truely non-judgemental people would recognize the fact that they just don't know the truth about those we call evil and should not judge or label them as evil.
