In time, after first contact, Earth humans will be able to obtain quality nutrients from molecular replicator, template storage, of formerly living animals/fish, etc, without the need to actually kill for food, themselves...
It seems to work for GFL star peoples....They are happy that they have this balance between gleaning FULL NUTRITION, to healthily maintain bodily function, combined with the moral values of peaceful co-existence with said animal life...Albeit, they still caretaker animal life, but do not farm for food, keeping selected animals in safe holographic areas, for study, conservation and enjoyment.....
In fact the Agarthans keep amazing zoos for Earth species, long extinct on the surface....Including dinosaurs and mammoths...In different zones....from differing time periods...
Pets are not kept by Sirians and I don't believe the others keep them, either...
One day we will have perfect meals, including full nutrient profiles, at our disposal....Replicators are as common, among star nation worlds, as cookers and fridges, on surface Earth....
Some end up becoming fanatics, others try out diets to see what works for them. More fats was an eye-opener for me.
I think that most vegetarians and vegans know about the risk of nutrient deficiencies and try to avoid that by taking supplements.
When you really dive deep into food and nutrition, common sense should eventually replace blind fanaticism.
As a supplementary note, that molecular replicator technology, used by all advanced star nations, uses natural templates of a variety of highly nutritious foods, many from animal/fish sources, but animals that are replicated, into foodstuffs, and retained...These animals are often centuries old, since death and from time travel expeditions, in which they are totally wild and untouched by chemicals and treatments, that could contaminate...
A favourite replicated meat, eaten by Sirians, is a type of wild game, gazelle-like deer (hirscobar)...It's very high in quality proteins and fats and extracted from ancient surface Samanetian savannahs, those continental plains near the Keuronet plateau.....
So this game was extracted from the past, isolated and duplicated and made into a template product, which can be replicated, over and over....
Of course, the Sirians eat a ketogenic diet, as the norm, but even there, some will choose carnivore.....Some will like plants but know that they will require additional proteins and fats from replicator sources, which sometimes, as a field ration, may take the form of a transparent "soup," called "lertiff..."
This is mostly tasteless, but very complete in nutrient profile...
No strong tastes are added to this food....such as spices...
That naming of the deer meat dish, was something Vash wanted me to add as well to this comment...The hirscobar...
The definition of this Indian root extract is that it "supports relaxation" and I'm already fairly relaxed, so this is simply an experiment to see the effects...
Berg mentions it, also....But I wonder if it can make females who are on monthly periods, more relaxed, or the opposite...?? Any experiences with this stuff, yourself..? Cheers, Drekxy
What works for me to calm my nerves is oat/Avena sativa extract. Oatmeal would work too, but carbsβ¦
Different body types and levels of health also make a difference.
Also, hormones after pregnancy can go wobbly. So maybe she should pick less intense roots/herbs/natural meds βοΈπ«
My current work out: organize the data I collected so far.
And make a new shopping list for later this week.
The wildest thing Iβm planning to do is not to buy food with refined sugars π
