I think those flaps moving about on the ship are for atmospheric control and are probably not needed in space.
I don't think this is among the more advanced star ships in the cosmos and may be man made, though certainly has exotic propulsion to accelerate at such speeds, so it may be non-earthly, or not.
I know the secret keepers on this planet have electro-gravitic or similar type propulsion to accelerate very fast, so it could be earth based or star people or inter-dimensional people craft.
