I am Tony and have been fascinated by Beings from Inner and Outer Space for almost 40 years now. From time to time I will post here to help add content that is practical and down to earth.
What I will say though at this time, is that it is important to realise that what you call the mind is not inside your head, but is something which expands in every direction around you. Although this may sound like just another simple passing comment, if you contemplate this idea, and put it into practice by seeing everything around as being in your mind, not outside of it; you'll start to notice that you are expanding, there will be new areas of consciousness opening up and new neural pathways forming in your brain.
Limited thought is not something that is in your past, it is in the present; it is constantly being recreated because you are re-entering into the events of your past and recreating it each moment by rerunning stories of the past in your mind. The future does not depend on the past and it is not bound by the past; the future is created by dying to the past, never looking back and creating new possibilities as each new moment presents itself.
As you enter into the times ahead and the challenges which are now upon humanity, I wish everyone the courage to be the potential that resides within you and may endless compassion and understanding of the diversity of humanity unfold in your lives.
