The surface of the Earth holds subtle health-boosting energy. All we have to do is touch it and become truly alive. In the documentary film Grounded, you can see this amazing phenomenon transform the life of people who had been struggling with health issues like chronic pain, and one man who had been wheelchair-bound for decades is able to walk again.
Even plants are drastically impacted when they are taken away from the Earth’s natural energy. Yet, the act of grounding, or Earthing, as it’s sometimes called, isn’t really an unusual phenomenon at all. It’s actually a natural act that virtually every living creature does instinctively.

this is soo true, Nature a Mystery of our Life, in the city i am an owl ... lol ... and only recently i've started to understand why ... you know people go to sleep and i feel quite inside, day time is challenging as everybody is awake, however when camping i wake up very early, and energize (sleeping on the ground) and then breathing with the same rhythm as the planet even the heart beat is different.
Thanks, this is great re-discovery;)))
Your very welcome Ara. We are also campers Ara and notice these subtle differences as well. Going to the beach and walking around barefoot all day. Really makes you feel alive.

Coincidence? No way! This really works. My wife and I knew all this but this just confirms it. Cold or not when my kids are acting up we all take a little walk barefoot and everything seems to be even better than before we took the walk. I think we all need to get back to nature anyways. This is only just one tiny piece of the puzzle. Your welcome brother and I'm glad you liked it.
