Guidance needed -- Want to channel, too nervous

Yes, I've always been this anxious.

I've started ascension and have been a channeler for spirits before, so why am I finding it so hard to channel when I want to?

I mean, I know I'm afraid of someone finding my information wrong... ah I'mm too sensitive.

Channeler needs help channeling.  Or getting over anxiety...
