The idea of beating the banks at their own game may seem like a rich joke, but Dmitry Agarkov, a 42-year-old Russian man, may have managed it. Unhappy with the terms of an unsolicited credit card offer he received from online bank Tinkoff Credit Systems, Agarkov scanned the document, wrote in his own terms and sent it through. The bank approved the contract without reading the amended fine print, unwittingly agreeing to a 0 percent interest rate, unlimited credit and no fees, as well as a stipulation that the bank pay steep fines for changing or canceling the contract.
Agarkov used the card for two years, but the bank ultimately canceled it and sued Agarkov for $1,363. The bank said he owed them charges, interest and late-payment fees. A court ruled that, because of the no-fee, no-interest stipulation Agarkov had written in, he owed only his unpaid $575 balance. Now Agarkov is suing the bank for $727,000 for not honoring the contract's terms, and the bank is hollering fraud. "They signed the documents without looking. They said what usually their borrowers say in court: 'We have not read it,'” Agarkov's lawyer said. The shoe's on the other foot now, eh? [Source]

thanks for sharing feather winger.
it is a shame the small town family banks were wiped out by the big banks, the federal reserve comes to mind. not only can this private bank out compete any small bank in many ways, but can print money on it's printing press without any recourse.
it can stop loans on homes, factories, any bussiness it wants at any time, it can cause the great deppression so as to demand all the real assets as full payment by defaud.
if history of this practice is more than obvious, all thur history, i ponder why the working labor force always gives up their homes, cars, savings , factories, etc. on the whim, it is because it is enforce by the every working class races to be believe it is all in the up and up, and of course for that person with the big stick to keep his job to feed their family. what a evil circle of self policed the labor force masses are, and how brainwashed of the ameirican dreams seems to be or any promise made to the any working class on this earth. for now many jobs are either closed down because the robot factory has slowly creeped in to lay off more and more workers in that factory, while the ones still left were gratefull they were not picked that time, so just say : these coworkers will just find another job, or just go to school and learn another usefull trade skill if they can afford to finnance it with the banks.
well there are many fully automated factories without a human labor payroll, detroit is a very good example how the p.t.b. creeped in more and more robots to lay off human payrolls jobs on that commiunity, till it just shuts it down and a new improved robot retooled in china, korea, etc. for they work for $1.00 a day and may be enought to feed their families. please correct me if i am wrong to assume this kind of tactics are not being done by the bankters.
blessings to all of us for we are all one
They are forcing whole countries into bankruptcy with the supposed aid they're giving them as they know the countries will never be able to pay back the interest on these loans(aid), thereby enslaving whole nations for generations to come while claiming and raping that countries natural minerals and resources for their own selfish ends.
Also they like to overthrow governments without central banks which are beholden to the world bank...which by now you've probably assumed they own too, if not, you should start putting the pieces together...
I've heard about this guys.. He's my personal hero now! :D He just proved that banks dont read what there terms say, and disobey everything in contract just to get to the money.. Im only sorry he didnt sue them for more money, and we need more ppl like him :DD
