  Doctors in the Ukraine have signed an open letter alleging that the flu pandemic which has cost the lives of hundreds of people has been deliberately created by President Yushchenko and his allies in order to retain power.

  The doctors from the western Ukraine say that the virus found circulating in the western Ukraine, the region hardest hit by the pandemic, was the California Virus, yet there can be no explanation of how the California virus has turned up and hit that specific region of the Ukraine so hard unless it was brought into circulation deliberately.
  
  The A/California/7/2009 (H1N1) virus was identified by WHO as the pandemic virus that appeared in Mexico and North America in April 2009.
  
  The doctors say that deaths and sickness caused by the appearance of the California pandemic virus in the western Ukraine is proof of a deliberate attempt to infect people.
  
  “The events in Ukraine, however, give the reason to consider and have doubts about whether the pandemic arose due to a natural process. Far from it, there are more reasons to think this year’s pandemic and the political hysteria surrounding it is man-made, artificial product,” the doctors write.
  
  Where did these smart viruses that do not cross borders come from? There is no explanation at this point in the science of Virology and Pandemics. Beyond a doubt [the unexplained appearance of the Californian virus] indicates that the explosion of a pandemic on this specific territory was only possible due to planned and organized activities, namely, an artificial genocide with the help of a dangerous virus called the “Californian” virus.
  
  Secondly, why was just this region affected? Why was this particular territory attacked and not any other region of Ukraine or a neighbouring country?”
  
  The doctors accuse the Ukrainian President Yushchenko of genocide by means of an artificially created flu for political gain.
  
  The doctors say Yushchenko created the pandemic in order to justify martial law and suspend upcoming presidential elections, which Yushchenko was widely predicted to lose.
  
  “Finally, why did the pandemic intensify in parallel to the intensification of the electoral campaign for President?” they ask.
  
  “The Secretary and the Spokesmen of the ruling President announces the need for an Emergency State in the country due to the outbreak of the pandemic, backed by like-minded agents. But what does an Emergency State mean in their opinion?
  
  It means postponing the elections, in other words keeping President Yuschenko in power as his chances of winning the election on the 17th of January equal zero!
  
  So this is a way of maintaining the power of a bankrupt politician at the cost of lives of innocent people. It is not difficult to create an artificial pandemic, everyone can do this. The main thing needed is a desire to do so and no sense of responsibility in front of God and no conscience,” the doctors write.
  
  There have been separate allegations that the California Virus was injected into people as a vaccine virus as part of a regular flu shot programme.
  
  Three of the doctors who signed the declaration have since withdrawn their signatures, apparently under pressure from the authorities, according to reports in the local media.

  One of the signatories of the declaration, for instance, was compelled to take part in a “conversation” in which the above-mentioned declaration was called “a sabotage against the government” It isn’t a secret that such “conversations” with the authorities representing the ruling organs meant nothing good for someone, who dared speak his mind openly. As a result, three of the doctors have withdrawn their signatures on the declaration. As an explanation, they said had given their signatures to a different document with another content.”

  It is hard not to believe that the collective way of thinking of Ukrainian citizens is being manipulated. No method or amount of money is out of bounds for politicians wanting to chat people.
  
  Unfortunately this is the fundamental diagnosis of Ukrainian policy. This what is now happening here, but it is surpassing not only moral boundaries in a way not seen for a long time, and has become a threat to the safety and life of the country’s citizens.
  
  Moreover, we have proof to show that an attempt against human life has been made.
  
  As specialists in this field we have to put questions in regard to this situation. Questions which have been asked for a long time by both doctors and patients. Shocking questions!
  
  The flu pandemic, no matter how brutal it may sound, has no mercy on anybody.
  
  An increase in the number of sick people in the autumn/winter season has no limitations. The key duty of medical doctors is to minimize fatalities among sick patients. This was the case yesterday, is the case today and will obviously be tomorrow as well. No matter where it takes place. Such is the nature of this horrible phenomenon called a “pandemic.”
  
  The events in Ukraine, however, give the reason to consider and have doubts about whether the pandemic arose due to a natural process. Far from it, there are more reasons to think this year’s pandemic and the political hysteria surrounding it is man-made, artificial product.
  
  Firstly, why did the Californian virus show up only in the Western Ukraine?

  We will not bring back to life the innocent victims. But a person who wants to continue in power over the tired Ukrainians at the cost of these dead should be judged by God and the people.”

  The Head of the Chernivtsi regional forensic bureau, Professor Victor Bachinsky PhD, makes a strong statement: all the victims of the virus in Bukovina (22 persons aged 20 to 40 years) died not from bilateral (double) pneumonia, as previously thought, but as a result of viral distress syndrome, i.e. the total destruction of the lungs. We caught up with Professor Bachinsky, to find out how he came to this conclusion, and how people can protect themselves from this disease.
  
  Professor, you said earlier that the virus, from which many people have died – is a mixture of types of parainfluenza and influenza A/H1N1. How do you cure this disease?
  
  The question of how to treat this virus is not up to me. I am a pathologist. I just found out what it is and made an exact diagnosis. It is important to provide the correct treatment based on diagnosis.
  
  There are strict protocols and standards of treatment in medicine. If a doctor treats a patient who dies, their relatives can make a complaint that they were not treated properly (misdiagnosed).The Ministry of Health has set the protocols and standards of treatment for each diagnosis. If diagnosed correctly, the treatment should be correct …
  
  In the Chernivtsi region 18 people have died. We studied all the history and evidence from this disease, preclinical, clinical, resuscitation. When we perform an autopsy organs and tissues have histological studies (cell analysis) and we concluded that it was not pneumonia, and has no relation to pneumonia whatsoever.
  These results are the foundation to ensure that doctors who treat this disease all over Ukraine, change their tactics and standards of care.
  
  Can this new virus be cured?
  
  It depends on the immune system. If a person’s immune system is strong, they will overcome it. There are people who carry this strain of H1N1 and remain on their feet and don’t even realise they are sick.
  
  Antibiotics definitely should not be taken. Antibiotics are the reason we have such a high mortality and infection rate in this country, because people go to the pharmacy, describe their symptoms to the pharmacist and ask for drugs. They buy antibiotics, take them, this lowers their immune system and as a result they become sick. If prescriptions were required to buy these medications, like in other countries, this would not have happened. It is the ability to buy antibiotics over the counter without a prescription which has done so much harm to the State.
  
  During autopsies, what did the lungs look like? Were they really black, which gave rise to so much talk of pulmonary plague?
  
  No, they are not black … This is not pneumonic plague. It’s all nonsense. Pneumonic plague has a very different morphology. We have, for example, 60 thousand people who became sick and 23 have died. With pulmonary plague, we would now have a mortality rate of 59 thousand …
  
  This is a viral attack that destroys the lungs.
  
  It turns out that not only in Bukovina, but also throughout the Ukraine people did not die from pneumonia, but from this toxic strain?
  
  Yes, It’s not pneumonia! This destruction of the lungs. This strain is very toxic, and if the immune system is weak, there is bleeding in the lungs. In the lungs there is a tiny structure – acinus, which looks like a bunch of grapes. When you breathe, oxygen enters this tiny “bunch of grapes” ( pulmonary alveoli ). On the surface of the acinus are the capillaries, where red blood cells saturate with oxygen and give blood, which supplies all tissues and organs in the body.
  
  And once the virus enters the lungs – hemorrhaging begins immediately in the acinus. A continuous hemorrhage … It takes several hours. In the blood fibrin is formed, and from it – giolinovaya membrane, resembling a plastic bag. It envelops the acinus, and the person breathes in oxygen, but it is not transferred to the tissues. And people just gasp. There is a cardio-pulmonary insufficiency and cardiogenic shock. People die of cardiogenic shock. And there is no pneumonia. Pneumonia – an inflammation, which is treated with antibiotics. Antibiotics cannot help at any stage. There should be absolutely different treatment.
  
  And how about “Tamiflu” – does it help?
  
  This is not an antibiotic, it is an antiviral drug, which should be applied on the second or third day of the disease. But you can not use Tamiflu as a preventitive, because it is toxic.
  
  What are the best measures to resist the disease? Is it advisable to use a mask, garlic, vitamin C?
  
  The primary method of prevention is a face mask. This give 30% extra protection. If you wear glasses – it is 40%, because the virus enters through the mucous membranes.
  
  It is necessary to improve the human immune system. Not only now, but in general. Garlic, onions, wild rose, viburnum (guelder rose), raspberries, citrus fruit, honey, and other fruits and vegetables – whatever you want. Those with a strong immune system will survive. Those with weaker immune systems will succumb to the disease.
  
  We have a lot of people in Ukraine who like shopping at the open markets. If we can avoid open markets, the less people will be in contact with each other and more lives will be saved.
  
  You have contacted the Health Ministry and advised them to review the standards for treatment of patients. What did they say?
  
  We sent them all our data, the necessary protocols and standards of treatment, our diagnosis. But it is clear that decisions cannot be instantaneous.
  
  And why until now has nobody else known about this disease? What were the leading specialists in the Ministry of Health doing all this time?
  
  Perhaps this is due to the fact that there are scientists who are working on a purely theoretical basis. And there are scientists who have seen the autopsy results. I practice as head of the regional forensic bureau and as a professor. The fact that we have established this diagnosis – it is not just to my credit, and this is not my personal opinion. This is the opinion of specialists, morphologists and doctors in Bukovina. There are five professors in our group – I just head the group.
  
  Professor Victor Bachinsky, PhD., is a coroner in the Chernivtsi region of Ukraine. He provides evidence which indicates that parainfluenza mixed with the H1N1 virus, not pneumonic plague, has caused so much illness in Ukraine.   According to a news article in Russia this week, autopsies on H1N1 victims doctors have confirmed pneumonia was not the cause of death. Cardiopulmonary insufficiency and cardiogenic shock are to blame and antibiotics should not be used.
  
  The virus is said to be a mixture of Para influenza and influenza A/H1N1. It penetrates the mucus membranes, and then enters directly into the lungs causing bleeding.
  
  Ukraine Deaths are not Pneumonia

  Professor Bachinsky also stated the severity of the virus depends on a person’s immune system. Those with strong immune systems will overcome it easily, some not even knowing they are ill.
  
  Antibiotics are not an Option

  Prevention is the best Medicine for the Swine Flu

  H1N1 Swine Flu Bio-Weapon Link

Yet more strains of influenza which have combined, a strong indication that we are dealing with a laboratory developed bio-weapon.
  
  This is not the only claim indicating a link to the H1N1 Vaccine to being a biological weapon. According to an article from the Netherlands, Joseph Moshe, a former microbiologist with the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad, was arrested in Los Angeles back in August 2009 after making threats against the White House.
  
  After his arrest there were several reports where Moshe called into a radio show warning of the biological weapon being created in the Ukraine. These reports accuse the Ukrainian company Baxter International of creating this bio-weapon, that would be transmitted via a flu vaccine.

  DES MOINES, Iowa -- Iowa has officially recorded 21 H1N1 deaths, including seven in Polk County alone. But the county's medical examiner said he has performed autopsies on some residents who were never diagnosed with H1N1, but actually had it.
  
  "In the autopsy, what we're seeing is very heavy, wet hemorrhagic lungs, lungs with a lot of blood in them," said Dr. Gregory Schmunk.He said the official count of seven H1N1 deaths is inaccurate, but patient rights laws prohibit him from giving specific numbers.
  
  He said there are two reasons for the discrepancy.
  First, not all sick patients get tests and second, the virus is difficult to detect. Some patients may be too sick to receive the most accurate H1N1 test."They're not always done and it can be hazardous to the patient if they're in a respiratory critical situation," Schmunk said.
  
  He also said that some tests reveal a false negative."Because of our limitations on testing, sometimes the tests aren't positive," he said. "They do appear to fit clinically the course of a H1N1 viral-type pneumonia."He said the cases he's seen in Polk County were all middle-aged adults with a few underlying health conditions."These may be the patients that are obese," Schmunk said. "Obesity restricts your ability to breathe and clear the virus from your upper respiratory."He also said that some of the patients had diabetes.
  
  Schmunk said his urging people to get the vaccine."The thing that concerns me the most is, you still have people out there they believe that if I get the vaccine, the shot, then I'm going to get the flu," he said. "You can't get the flu from the shot."
  
  He said that in the meantime, remember to wash your hands, sneeze into your sleeve and stay home if you're sick. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said one person who goes to work sick with the virus will infect 10 percent of his or her co-workers.
  
  I would like to know What the Hell is happening and HOW it is happening! I am getting pretty Pissed Off now! WHO, CDC, And the Governments of the World have GOT to come out with the TRUTH!     @ cedric didier pierre smeets: I can only talk for Belgium (and maybe the Netherlands) but our newspapers have only written about 200 deads in Ukraine, caused by H1N1-flu swine (after I read at Internet about this at least one week before it showed in our own news)
    so... without this sites, I would think there is only H1N1-swine flu in Ukraine, and that they seems to take huge precautions with that quarantine - it looks like paranoia, isn't it? for a virus that we seems to be vaccinated for now? for a virus that till now was not worse than the normal flu? for Belgians watching the TV-news this quarantine-actions must look like an unexplainable panic-reaction in Ukraine...
    so, of course your European friends don't panic, they dont know or realise it... (news headlines are talking about the new Eurpean president now, and how good the vaccination-actions seems to go...)
    on the other hand: I look a lot at the sky lately: I don't see much UFO's, but I do see a lot of chemtrails... do we need those in the fall??? and why can I count 8 airplanes watching in one direction when I am driving my car ???
    
    but: I'm trying to have more trust in humanity... we'll do fine, althou they seem to be trying to scare us...

      Plague is a life-threatening infection caused by the organism Yersinia pestis. There are three types of plague. Bubonic plague is the most common type in humans. Infected fleas transmit Y. pestis primarily among rodents. When an outbreak kills many rodents, infected fleas can jump to other animals and humans, spreading the infection. Improved living conditions and health services have made human outbreaks uncommon, but occasional plague cases occur.
      
      Concern exists about the use of plague as a biological weapon. Plague bacteria could be put into a form that might be sprayed through the air, infecting anyone inhaling it and causing pneumonic plague. This form affects your lungs and can spread from person to person.
      
      Fortunately, when given promptly, antibiotics usually effectively treat plague.

      According to detailed research, there are several compounding factors with Y. Pestis: Much research has been carried out on the weaponization of Y. Pestis, creating a antibiotic resistant strain, which apparently does exist.
      
      Another compounding factor is that even treating the airborne infection (pneumonic plague) of naturally occurring Y. Pestis requires the initiation of strong antibiotics (Ciprofolaxin preferably, or Doxycycline secondarily) within the first 24 hours of infection in order to have optimum results.
      
      Unfortunately, the lab test required to identify the pathogen takes 24-48 hours. In such case the affected person has, in all probability, gone beyond the effective treatment window prior to identification.

        I did a quick search on this Y. Pestis at the protocol-pages for medical professionals. (alhou this disease isn't seen a lot in western countries, I knew I had seen a protocol about this earlier)
        
        When we are talking about bioweapons, Y.Pestis has always been used as example - most of the people don't have a natural immunity anymore, it is sprayable in an aerosol, and it's deadly effect doesn't last very long)
        
        When Y. Pestis is spread as an airborn infection, people will probably get the 'pneumonic plague' (symptoms are fever, cough, breastpain, coughing blood, incubation time is 2-3 days, maximum 8 days in the case of bubonic plague or sepsis)
        Doctors won't easily think about this diagnosis, and 'now' they will probably expect flu instead of plague... but when a labo confirms it is Y. Pestis, the labo plus the doctor is obliged to notify this to the health inspection or other national instancies... as soon as there is even one case of Y. Pestis, bio-terrorism is considered as a possibility.
        Fortunately the bactery cant survive long in droplets/aerosol (out of a warm body), so 3h after the spray it should be safe again. People that have pneumonic plague and are coughing will spread it too ofcourse...
        Untreated pneumonia has a high letality, but it can be treated with the above mentioned antibiotics if started in the first 24h after the first symptoms started.
        
        So, if you are not one of the first victims, than an emergency plan should already have been activated so that doctors are aware of the possibility of the plague and start antibiotics in time (btw: antibiotics are useless in case it is a flu)
        
        Guys, Y. Pestis as bio-weapon is not something a doctor would expect when he first sees a patient with it (especially not in the middle of the season with plenty of acute respiratory infections plus extra attention to swine flu), but we should be prepared to handle this situation as good as possible if it occures !!
