I was just contemplating source and a cockamamie idea hit me. What if HAARP is a dimensional shift device. Since it has truly been going on full bore in multiple locations the Schumann resonance has steadily increased.
Schumann is an effect in which the atmosphere works as a wave guide. It's kind of an electromagnetic echo chamber in ELF frequencies. It has been steadily 7.83 Hz for a long time. In 6 years it has raised to 12 point something. Now at 14.3 Hz is the next octave peak.
Well guess what HAARP is ELF too!!! If you bombard an ELF echo chamber with extremely high power ELF waves what happens? Schumann increases!!!! In scientific terms earth is shifting into 4D.
Lets keep it peaceful speculations and free from criticism. Lets see what kind of reality we can create!!!

What if the new skool elites are hip and running things into the ground behind dads back to give people a "system reset" mentality. Billions of $$ in psych research and the old skoolers dying off or stepping down. Could it be possible the new elite are actually light workers freeing humanity on humanity's terms and the "cabal" is dying out? They wish utopia also just have a different means of achieving it, "order out of chaos."
In the past I've been in contact with a creator of and have seen the UN "One World Constitution" charter. It uses the humanitarian laws from all over the world. Not to mention the UCC filings by One People's Public Trust & I UV which have effectively shut down and forclosed upon all corporations including almost all Govt's of the world and the corporatocracy through the legal use of the system itself. This is legit, the courtesy notices are standing up in court and companies are walking away from fake debt at the sight of the notices. I guess we shall see how things play out

I hope I'm not sounding condescending. I'm only trying to spur an open minded multi-angle look at the situations.
I am starting to wonder if HAARP may turn out to be something similar to LSD: something utilized secretly by the government to control the population in some way and instead liberates and/or damages the population in some way (once "the genie is out of the bottle").
I've actually come across the scientific data in my travels to back this up. A transmitter has to be gigantic to send a strong enough signal to influence the 1-4Hz range(lower brain wave states), stimulating fear or apathy or a whole range of emotional response. One of the HAARP discoveries is to "bump" the ionosphere with a signal will actually amplify the signal. Now arc this across the GWEN system at 5 second intervals and you get:
A) A focused signal that is shifted too quickly to be tracked to source at ground level.
B) A modulated system with ground based ELF repeater towers and the ability to tune different populations with altered signal and contain the "program" into sectors.
Either way the outcome is the same. There's a plausible possibility HAARP inadvertent caused a timeshift event....or could it be CERN which stimulated our current course?
