Also when I'm chanting or prying or having spiritual thought i see large balls of violet and white light come to me , what are these? could this be other light beings or maybe cosmic energy? idk and theories

Dan, I've heard from friends about this phenomenon. Always when something happens to us, it seems foreign regardless of how many times we've heard of the experience from friends. I'd just keep on doing whatever you're doing, you're definitely getting somewhere with your meditation.

I have experienced this as well!! Also, like some sort of sparkling but I see like a clear outline it brings a sense of comfort!! Especially lately as I have been having extreme insomnia!!
insomnia actually awakens clairvoyance.
Well be that as it may I need sleep this barely sleeping is driving me nuts!! I am sooo tired in all aspects!!

I've even given them a name since I've seen them since first I can remember. In swedish it's "Kringflackande Energier", which is a bit difficult to translate into english, but I guess it'd be: "free roaming energy" :)
Some call them angels, some call them neurolgical misfires, and some call them demons. I prefer only to lable them as they appear. I DO know they exist in the lower astral realm, and that humans periferal vision is able to see some of those frequencies of light.

I call them portals, because they usually open when my emotions are intense, and always in the same place. The also appear during deep meditation, during sex and when I make music I am VERY contempt with. :)
I think those lights are dimensional gateways that interconnect me and my environment with the gigher realm, and if I tune my mind just right, I can SEE them. Only once in my life I've been able to see one when I looked directly at it, and that was after I had resonated my house with a didgeridoo for about 30 minutes. :)
The light I see is always a yellowish bright light.
