I had an experience where an entity in my sleep stopped me being able to speak or move
I was in my bed in my dream and i could not speak it took all my energy to mouth a word
or even move I called in the white light with my thoughts to help then woke up
it was very real and its funny in my dream I got up went to the bathroom to where I heard a coathanger
jingling it was when i touched the coathanger it entered my being was not positve entity
however since I called the white light it could not stay with me

What you experienced is a state between dreaming and wakening. As far as I know it has nothing to do with any beings other then yourself. :) I've experienced this, too, Don't worry...
My abduction experiences started like that. I became totally paralyzed, wanted to move my limbs and get out of bed and run but was frozen in the position I was laying in. Quickly panic set in. I wish I had known what Delilah mentioned "Only beings in the highest Order of Light may Stay in my Presence". When my abductions began if I had used this prayer/affirmation maybe I could have been spared all the stuff I went through. Yes, I have experienced stuff like that. I was thinking about creating a spiritually "hygenic" area where I sleep to keep the energy clean and clear. There is a discussion I posted (ascension tool kit) and it has some stuff about creating a "energetically clean" area around the bed since we do a lot of clearing in our sleep. I had an experience where it felt like a hungry ghost, and I didn't like that so much....;) Great to see you used your tools....and invoked a white light!! Tools and the use of them make such a huge difference to sanity and a good nights sleep.....
That's never happened to me ~ But if it did, I would know if it was a positive or negative experience pretty quickly I'm sure. There is a Mantra for these types of situations that Rion mentioned before:
"Only beings in the highest Order of Light may Stay in my Presence"
This may even work with negative entities here on planet Earth! :-) Just repeat that mantra 4 times with intent ~
