  It makes perfect sense to me. We´re far more ´aware´when our bodies are asleep and we have entered what they called the dreamscapes in the 20th century. That´s when people are most conscious.

    The news in Chile is actually the worldwide news now. So it is highly possible that we have a global consciousness at this moment because of that event. Almost everyone is glued to their TV watching this event unfold. The good thing about this news is that it is actually a heartwarming news and not another disaster news hogging the worldwide news.

  The GCP graph is supposed to measure the random events happening in the world. There are different data collection points scattered all over the world. The expected result is the green color in the middle of the graph since it shows the normal random network which is the expected behavior. However, those behind that project noticed that during some worldwide events (like 911) where global consciousness is almost in synch or where there is a shared consciousness (in fear vibration though in this case), they found that this shared consciousness could influence something as inanimate like a random number generator, which are the colors that we see in the graph.
  
  The blue dots and the red dots are supposed to be highly improbable to happen but they do happen in a normal random way but if they occur in a long time (like what happened a few hours ago - look at the graph), then that is something to behold. It means that the global consciousness is in synch with a lot of people.

      A lot of people are still looking at the sky. There are a lot of stiff necks all over the world now and the graph is showing it. :-)
