Hello, I was listening to some music while lying down and it made me nostalgic..
it wasnt a negative nostalgia.. but a positive happy and thankful one..
seeing past events that made me feel good and gave me a tear to release resistance..
I tried to make myself tear more (release more resistance) but I know ive already processed all my emotions extremely well by staying in the moment!
Would anybody like to give me their 2 cents on nostalgia?
A happy warming nostalgia.. it felt really good

I get lots of negative nostalgia, very, very ocasionally maybe a positive.
