I do not know much about healing energies, but at times I ask myself---
Are healing energies for real?
If yes, then why cant we heal the likes of saddam's, osama's, ...................
If we can, then the world would become a better place.

Are healing energies real?
the answer is there are energies. And you can use those energies to heal. or otherwise.
In my experience the key to vibrational healing is flexibility. Being able to assess a situationa and then be able to manipulate the energies accordingly.Sometimes a simple kind act, or words of compassion can heal. Sometimes you are required to be a conduit of energy from the galactic center. Or you may play some music. or you may put some crayons in someones hand and ask them to go draw something. Right after you give them a hug. Vibrational healing is a way of life rather than a specific act. Because the energies of healing are always there. Always around us. Always waiting to be asked to be put into use.
With respect to the Saddam's of the world. One of the fundamental principles of healing is someone does not have a problem unless they say they do. It is not for any of us to pass judgment on someone elses state of being. Regardless of what the circumstances may be. We can acknowledge and make mention of what we see. We can suggest a potential course of action. But until someone says I have a problem, they don't. And if you take action in trying to fix someones elses problem that they don't associate with, then you are the one with the problem. You are much better served investing that time energy and effort on yourself. And those that want it.
i understand the implications of what I say. And it is possible to send unbiased light around the world, and universe for that mater if you so desire. As people planet wide ddi their best to do a few days ago. However to do this correctly you can't be thinking that yo are helping an unwell person. Or you are sending energy that is tainted by your thoughts of unwell.In sending unbiased light you must let go of any prconceived notions of what healing means. because the Lord heals in mysterious ways. And His ca;ender is not necessarily synced with yours. What looks an act of terrorism today may be a catalyst for a healing who's potential isn't realized for years.

Healing energy takes on many forms.
It is most evident in children at play - vitality, zest for life.
Art, music, and any creative emdeavour are in face quantum energy. And thus they have a healing element. You cannot put healing energy in a box and that it has to come in "x" form. We need to be grateful and acept it in whatever form it comes.

It is true, the world would probably be a better place without tyrany or those we call terrorists! Well, for one, you cannot heal those who choose, for whatever reason, to not to be healed! I have performed reiki (google reiki for more info) for two years now on family, friends and my two cats! It woks, but, it is always stronger if both parties have the intention/willingness to be receiver/giver! On a global scale there are so many with so many different level energies, good news is it takes only a few individuals with a high, loving vibration to raise the vibrations of many, therefore it would be a good idea for more people to get together in the world with the desire to heal as much of the world as possible with their intentions to do so and those who are receptive should experience/receive that healing!!
Much more could be said I am sure, such as, these groups do exist where people meditate in droves, and i believe it is having an impact on a global scale!! I would very much like to encourage more of this! I may be but one here, but then, we are all one, wherever we are (I happen to believe in the concept of fundamental oneness, sure we are all individuals in the third dimension, yet on a more fundamental level.. we are truly all.. One!!)

in a word, yes. but you can only heal someone who wants to be healed though.
