My child, you can heal yourself. Over centuries and more your society has taught you that you could only be healed by doctors, healers and shamans. Especially doctors and the pharmaceutical industry have profited from this.
But I have created you such, that your body can heal itself. Do you really think I have conceived you so badly that you couldn't get along on your own? You are perfect in every sense. You are a masterpiece and made in my own image. Part of this is the selfhealing power of your body.
You have only forgotten all. Through your thoughts that have been programmed into you, you only sponsor the physicians. Change your thoughts, think on this that your body can heal itself and give it the chance to do it. Believe in it and you will experience miracles.
For your assistance I have given to you in the plant kingdom all you need to get healed and stay healthy. Also in the animal kingdom there are enough healing substances like your honey.
You can also use crystals. Your chemistry is only making your sicker. Often you only need more sleep too. Eat healthy, lesser fat and meat, but more fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds. Drink more water. All this is good for you, my child. ~
