Hello to all the wonderful souls in here. Here is a little info on me:
I was born in Ontario Canada where I spent the majority of my life. I was involved in audio production, graphic design and the fine arts during these years. Shortly after a radical move to Montreal Quebec a strong transformation and interest in health changed my life direction considerably.
Throughout the next few years I focused much of my time into Yoga and following this was a dietary change consisting of mostly raw eating. I felt compelled to gain greater knowledge of the body and of the nature of the energy that surrounds us all. This sparked a passion in me for a new interest and movement leading to the development of health tools and natural body health information videos.
