Hi,

So I've read the many things to decalcify it but many things are not realistic.

Avoid fluoride & chlorine

a. So if I can't brush my teeth with fluoride toothpaste with what am I suppose to brush with as ALL toothpaste I've search in supermarkets have fluor and where would I find a toothpaste that doesn't have it? What I don't understand is when you brush your teeth you don't swallow the toothpaste so why is it necessary to find a non-fluor one?

b. OK I'm not suppose to drink tap water. Mineral bottled water is safe right? DOES TAP WATER LOSE ITS FLUORIDE IF I BOIL IT?

c. I've even heard when you shower your skin absorbs the chlorine and fluoride. So how will I be able to shower then specially living in a modern society where all water reach your home with fluorine/chlorine? It's like I feel the only way to fix this is to go and live in the jungle in nature and use only river water to survive but let's get real, this is not realistic. And even if I managed to get all my waters pure, it seems I will never be able to travel around the world and settle in hotels cos of the impure waters will shut down my 3rd eye? Is there no other way out? OMG!

So how can I do? (Realistically speaking)
