You can have good intention all your life and still always screw people over.
If you want to change your behaviour in line with your intention, you must give intent.

I think many would do well researching Dr. Rick Strassman's DMT studies. Dimethyltryptamine is the chemical your Pineal Gland releases in earnest when you're sleeping, when born, and when you die. This gland has atrophied immensely over time. Called the 'third eye' by many, it is said the Pineal Gland used to be the size of the human eye. In reptiles it has a retina, cornea and lens and how birds & lizards can "see" a predator behind them without looking. It is their "instincts." In humans this gland(and it's DMT) are the reason the blind can 'see' their way through life--the Pineal Gland also has magnetic resonance. The Pineal Gland & DMT is the gateway from one Dimension to another. Shaman have been using DMT 'tea' called Ayahuasca to make this trip or vision quest--when seeking wisdom, truth, or self-renewal. Studies with DMT have yielded some incredible results. People involved have 'blanked out' for upwards of 15-20 minutes(but often felt like much longer) and came back telling stories of seeing heaven, angels, love ones who have passed, Jesus and god.
