This is one of the most impressive videos I have ever seen.
It seems very clear to me that this nice and brave man is indeed not born on the surface of Earth.
I have great compassion with him. His mission is a really hard one.
What makes me very sad is that he states the "Federation Of Planets" (=Galactic Federation Of Light!?) would want to keep us surface humans in the dark. I hope this is not true. Otherwise my sadness would be gigantic. But I, too ask myself why most the star ships are still cloaked - and I got no satisfactory answer to this question yet....
I liked it when Billy somewhere in video three out of nothing just puts up his Crystal-Head-Man while continuing talking - lol.
And what's that noise in the background? I've heard it before, but where?
