I do not know how to answer this question as i am at a loss to challenge a person who does not believe the number zero is a numerical number.
The zero number is a starting reference point to measure numbers in any mathematical sequence. Without this starting point how can you add anything at all. Your calculations will go out of order and chaos.
You have your, x-axis which is your horizontal axis and then you have your y-axis which is the verticle line axis and then you have your zero energy axis, the Zero point field, the number 0 is your z-axis, without this energy that goes out in all directions, of the universes, without this naught, nothing will have it's motion into beingness. Which is the point of Zero energy. And so your GPS instruments co-ordinates or runs like this too.
The GPS, runs on a X-Y-Z axis, even if you had not used a zero to find your direction on earth with out a GPS system then you would have to understand pythagorus to find your mark or bearings to point a to point b and then back to point c. It is in a triangulated formula, if this is correct then the number zero still to exist as a starting point or the numbers in that triangle would not be able to be measured properly.
However now we have to use pythagorus and the trigonometry based calculations in perpenducular to the gyro scope instruments to navigate the star alignments with the 2 dimensional maps in order to navigate the seas or lands if the Computer generated GPS system fails. This how you would give you your directions, accurately.
Numbers are real, and God left us big messages for us to follow the signs.
Time moves in a spiral inside and out if you move further and further out away from the centre of the universe then you would begin to see that the universe is curving and spiralling out into all direction if you go further out again then you would see that it looks like a circle or the naught number or the circle so this is a point of reference a zero point of reference to plot your course in the universe. To map anything out in the universe the zero must be measured somewhere so in this case to where there is a huge spiral and map out the stars in this respect. Or so to say.
Much like a CNC Computer Numerical Calculations, what engineerers uses to make metalic products wood products plastic products and so on and so forth, they too measure numbered things like this with the starting reference point to zero, same with GPS systems always using similar mathematics.
Life it self and the circle of life, and your dna systems hence the snake symbolism displaying it in a spiral still resorts in a circle and it is curved just like your dna in your body.
Sacred geometry always revolves around a reference point to the number zero just as in mathematics and life in every aspect, even in nature using the fibornaci sequence, it is logical to think that this is natural in occurances in nature, so then if you naturally think with logic, then you logic is in accordace with the natural laws of spirit.
Science and spirit can not co-exist away from each other they need each other to exist harmoniously.
The natural laws of logic is logically natural to spirit simultaneously.
Spirit first is called the I am being, of perpetual living energy.
The body is the logic to that spiritual being (it is)
So if the spirit says (I am that I am) therefore it is logical to say to the body it is done therefore it is. Because you gave it the command to exist for your spirit to reside in, in the physical realm.
SO I AM THEREFORE I THINK. The physical God particle of the I am in the physical realm appears in this dimension an then dissapears into the anti matter universes, simultaneously, phasing into each others universe in perfect unison and harmony.
if this was not so we would not be able to see spirit or be in two known dimensions simultaneously all at once or we would not be able to have ever imagined the mathematical principles of Quantum mechanics if this did not exist we would not even have bothered to have thought of it into existence if it did not exist.
So zero is a number and the circle of life is so full of wisdom the secrets are hidden in plane sight if you understand how the answers comes to you then you would not dispute your brothers or your sisters or youself the one person that can derive to such a conclusion. The universe has been created by the mind condition and it is up to you to find out how to receive the answers to your dilemma or solution.
the answers has always been here but it is all boils down on to how you go about the delivery of your questions.

We were arguing over this and what a stupid situation to be in and so the best i could do was send her the roden coil you tube to logically explain her dilemma and now she and i have got issues over something as trivial as this and we broke up within the family about this nature and now i no longer going back to my family as a result of it.

your info about GPS and how it works is somewhat skewed. it doesnt have to do with stars, it has to do with your GPS device sending a signal to several satellites at once and using trigonometry and calculating the time it takes each signal can calculate your almost exact position. but you are right about there being lots of math, and all axis have a zero point.
CNC stands for Computer Numerical Controlled.
As for the number Zero, it isnt a number it is an integer which is differrent. it is for counting and place holding and is not really a number. In fact the "number" zero is only about 1000 years old and was invented by middle eastern peoples when they were the top science and math people on earth about 1000 years ago.

i am trying my best to answer a simple question before i go out and challenge a person with a better way to word her stupid question is zero a number
Some how in this argument we foistered over gps how they get their destination, she thinks it is the number of your house that is the starting point but it has to do with numbers of logistical co ordinates not the number of your house because she does not believe it has anything to do with the number zero but the number of your house from point a to point b and back again and then i tried to explain to her about how they did it in the old days using a 2 dimensional map either on land or on water using triangles but as dense as she is confused me to explain to her any further than this. I was trying to combine how the satellite started and how google map works but the argument went no where too.
I could not get anywhere than this and so the argument was lost in translation because i was unable to come up with a satisfactory explanation.
