To ascend from a strife riven reality to a life of peace within you’ll need to think from a higher perspective.

When you see things through the frame of your ego, where everything’s all about you, it is inevitable confusion and chaos will continue. Sinking instead below the stormy surface, down into your minds deep amniotic ocean, a higher perspective suspends you in a sea of calm intelligence.

To view this lofty outlook it’s important to develop your mindfulness. Mindfulness knows that you’re the observer of your ego’s thoughts and actions.

It’s this observer that in fact has always defined your direction. You’ve always chosen to either default to your ego’s fearful urgency or to have your still higher self take charge.

From your higher perspective you’re able to be sufficiently detached as to perceive things in greater depth. You’ll see that everything that goes around comes around. Then instead of suffering anger at injustices we can relax knowing balanced fair is constantly there.

When you see things with the watcher’s vision you’ll know that everything is so thoroughly interconnected that truly all are one. That means what you do in thought and action to another, you’re actually doing to yourself.

With this perception it’s automatic to approach others with a loving intention to help. It’s also easier to see others through the light of wise compassion and so forgive their ego’s errors.

Every issue you experience can be seen from an increasingly higher perspective. As you put your egotistical interests aside to make space for the greatest and most gracious expression of your humanity you’ll feel your health and happiness grow.

As each of us extends our selves in this direction we will each lead as much as follow a whelming wave of love. This is the evolutionary opportunity our species faces with a smile.
