How do I become a lucid dreamer?

Dear everyone,

I would really like to go some places in my dreams with a higher vibration, but instead I usually go a lot of lame places such as lousy discotheque or other stupid places. Does anyone know how I can become more lucid and be able to choose where I want to go and who I want to meet in my dreams?

I hope somebody can help.
