How do I become a lucid dreamer?

Dear everyone,


I would really like to go some places in my dreams with a higher vibration, but instead I usually go a lot of lame places such as lousy discotheque or other stupid places. Does anyone know how I can become more lucid and be able to choose where I want to go and who I want to meet in my dreams?

 

I hope somebody can help.

    Hmm if you set your alarm to wake you up an hour or two before you have to be awake, and then go back to sleep right away you should be able to hit REM and remember it, the lucid part is more difficult... if your higher self wants you to learn something it will hijack you and force you to experience certain things... it's also how we help our karma sometimes... to experience it in our astral state and not have to pull it into our daily lives.
