This Hare Krishna movement needs to be investigated for the sake of Krishna as they are spoiling the society using the name of Krishna 

WHAT DOES DONATION MEAN : It means you can donate how much you can spare be it £1 or £100 or £1000000 or much more. Donation means whatever you would like to give without any set limits 

WHAT DOES SET LIMIT MEAN: An amount set that you are forced to give and this is not called Donation but SELLING AT A PRICE.

One Hare Krishna devotee approached me and asked me if I would like a Krishna book with a set limit as she said minimum of £5 or a much higher amount..this is selling the book for a price in this case £5 minimum and if you give her minimum she usually asks for more ..so it's not giving out books for a donation but selling books for set amounts.
