Spiritual Forum

Raising yourself to a higher vibration can be a daunting task, especially when you've had a bad day.  Unconditional Love for all life is not easy to maintain, much less achieve for any extended period of time.  Luckily, a couple of months ago, I started to be visited by what I can only describe as my spirit "Mystery Man".  Perhaps he is a spiritual guide, but we have an ineffable deep romantic love for each other, even though we've never met physically.  However, every night when I go to bed, or close my eyes to begin my twice daily meditations, I see him as clearly as I see any person.  He claims we have always been together, eternally bonded, and that he was in the physical and I was guiding him from the spiritual plane the last time we did a planetary ascension. Now it's apparently my turn.  I'm only now beginning to remember my past, so it's all still VERY hazy and surreal to me.  Heck, I was an atheist 3 months ago!

So, my first lesson he is teaching me is how to find deep love and send it out to the world. He begins by putting his large thin but strong hands on my shoulders (In my minds eye, but I still feel it), looks me square in the eyes and tells me to focus on the love I feel towards him.  He then instructs me to feel it increasing in waves and amplifying until it nearly feels like heartache and starts to bring tears to my eyes. Then he tells me to keep the intensity, but redirect it away from him and down towards Gaia to heal her.  Another time he tells me to focus on the rude people I've encountered during the last week.  Remember them, send the love to them, as they need help to raise their vibrations as well.  Think of the world leaders, the sick, the un-awakened ones, even the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers.  No matter how heinous an individual's crimes may be, or how dark their soul may seem, EVERYONE has the essence of the Divine Creator in them and is capable of raising themselves up... with perhaps a lot of help... to a higher vibration of Pure Love.  NO ONE is beyond the possibility of salvation.

If you want to try this for yourselves but don't have the luxury of your own spiritual guide with whom you seem to be having an astral love affair, think of the most intense love you have ever felt for another person; that kind of aching, can't-bear-to-be-apart-from kind of love.  Perhaps you feel it in your life now, perhaps it was a love interest from long ago.  It doesn't matter.  What you need is the thought or memory of the emotion experienced.  Take that emotion, concentrate on it, reflect on it, focus on it, and let it slowly fill you.  Let it build until you are straining with such intense love that you feel as though you are about to burst, then direct it to one of the many parts of our world that needs healing, and let just let it flow and imagine how your love energy is changing things for the better.  Keep focused and meditating on it as along as you can.  It can be exhausting at first, but with practice, you will find a balance that doesn't drain your energy too much.  Also, it makes keeping yourself in a perpetual higher vibrational state MUCH easier!
