I awoke this morning feeling emotional pain.....feeling the pain of separation from those I love.....who are in negative judgement of me.....

This video from Marth Beck was in my inbox......and very helpful to me......to transmute my pain......when I could feel that I was about to fall into  negative judgement of those who are judging me in my personal life....

I know this  knee jerk response leads to my own unpeace and misery...

I am grateful for this video......it led me out of continuing the cycle of negativity......and led me back to an inner state of forgiveness for myself and those who see me in a negative light....
