  Many times when we watch others, we're not only blind to what is really going on (sometimes because of ego), but we're also not seeing how our reactions to their situation are influencing them.  It is an extremely complicated subject.  I've heard that is can also actually be detrimental to the other person's destiny (believe it or not).  This I heard from a spiritual healer I trust.  He made a whole lot of sense.  Many times we make the situation worse.  It's actually easier to "serve" the dark side than you would imagine.  You could ask a distance healer, but remember what I said: folks unwittingly make the situation worse.  I've a feeling you will do something you'll regret.  Be patient and watch what happens and think deeply about it.  There could be another reason why things are happening.  There was a great spiritual teacher who was asked why she had cancer: She replied:"I carry the cancer because I'm helping others, if I didn't they would suffer."   Some things may seem absolutely absurd and ridiculous, creating an irresistable temptation for us (and our egos,again) to interfere with what could be a necessary evil.   Try to think about it.

  Check out adam dreamhealer. He has books and is on YouTube, healing others from a distance is his speciality. Also each healer develops there own style of healing. He has tons of great visualizations and is very inspiring. He closes his eyes seeing the images and changes the information. I think if it is what you can see, imagine, or feel then so it is....I was sitting trying to help someone with Parkinson's and what I would do is try to link with that person and go into the mind and visualize the part of the brain affected and move out the illness. Empaths naturally help people heal using empathic ability. Whatever you can conceive you can achieve.

      Also when it comes to energy distance, time, space are not factors. If I have not seen some in 5 years but then if they send me energy. I feel it instantly. Trust yourself!!

  Hi Anupriya, I read * that our energies can be depleted if we try to send healing, yet our Mother/Father God Creator has an unlimited supply of healing energy/love/joy and loves nothing better than to be of assistance, so we are asked to pray for them, with gratitude that it will be done. I hope it works out! :)

    Oh ok... But universe has an unlimited amount of energy, if I send healing energy to someone, I can always ask the universe for more ;)
    
    Actually Whenever I feel low... I do this... I think its called Chi Kung (Energy Practice), we can use it for self healing :)
