This is the challenge and ignore his malice,
What?
Nope. Just like you I've been extremely down for a long while, which is why I was interested in your subject in the first place, so I have no energy or time for a pointless online debate with someone who's being paranoid and accuses me of being one of his tormentors.
It is a good idea to understand this fact of reincarnation, to be human 2.1 is to contemplate the beyond of soul and body of two into one. We have many people who keep their lives as two polarities (good/evil, white/black etc.) To be black/black is to be in death or death death which means it's an op-positional debate in the wonderful direction you are taking.
Nope, it doesn't hurt to ask. And it's definitely a good question to post because it's a good conversation sparker. Brings up a lot of interesting things.
Love your responses. Very grounding and benevolent. Please be sure you don't forget about your own personal need to ask the questions as well. You already know that from your past posts; to keep the person questioning but this cannot manifest in laziness of his own research. We can do as much as we can to teach him "HOW TO FISH" instead of fishing for him.
Heaven Helps those who helps himself.
Now I'm sorry but Jonathan and I don't know each other in spite of what he might wrongly believe. His query is interesting as so was this topic on this and numerous other boards, but I've got nothing to do with his life.
Now, it's anyone's right to believe the subject is absurd, and that there is no evidence towards it... just like there isn't much evidence for near-death experiences, reincarnation, karma, the afterlife, or many other things people like to discuss on these boards. Maybe it's all BS at the end of the day, we'll never know. But believing in walk-ins is no more stupid than believing that life exists to learn lessons or that suffering has a point, for instance.
You deleted every single one of your discussion comments... ooookay then.

I also heard a fat white man travels the world in 24 hours delivering presents via flying reindeer by climbing up and down people's chimneys ---don't believe everything you hear.
Spirit guides aren't genies. At the most, they're an audience watching the reality show that is you... at the least they're imaginary characters created in your mind. If you could contact a "spirit guide" and ask for things... don't you think people would be getting more important wishes fulfilled like I dunno, cancer recovery, lottery winnings, recovery of a missing child, a warning that there's a van around the corner about to snatch someone up? And for those that are reading this and wish to "educate me" on this matter, don't waste your time. I have little respect for those that cling to the "spirit guide" idea and more respect for those who don't lean on imaginary friends to live their life. I already went down the "spirit guide" rabbit hole and popped up with more than I needed to conclude my findings so if your little "psychic antenna" is intuned then you will know better than to approach me as someone who isn't educated in this department. People who cling onto "spirit guides" are like the new age version of a child's blankie. You don't need an invisible (and imaginary) person to tell you how to live your life or what you should be doing with it. ---Yes, I know I can come off a little harsh but you know what? It sticks. And it also filters out the people who just want to argue on forums... I prefer spending my time on people who are mind-expanders, food-for-thoughters, and people who would benefit from the questions and lines of thinking I pose (and sometimes a troll even baits me into discussing what they think is fluff, but I do it willingly because sometimes they pose good questions that I know someone out there is genuinely interested in... ahem). Some of the things I say might not be digested at first, but it does eventually down the line depending on the mental stability of the individual. The people that reply to this paragraph directly ignoring what I said trying to tell me spirit guides are real, aren't paying attention and fail at reading comprehension.
If it was possible, I don't think you'd be required to ask someone else how to do something so drastic to your own life... you would just know... kind of like swimming. If you go out into the water, you know that if you can't stay above the water, you'll drown and die... so at the very least, you instinctively know you must try and stay afloat or get your head above water enough times to maintain healthy breathing. If it were possible to leave your body and let another soul occupy it, it wouldn't be some secret thing because people all over the place would be doing it... the very first person that initiates this wouldn't have some sort of guidebook or walk-through or cheat code... they'd have to figure it out on their own the hard way. And by the time they succeed, they'll have already been "switched out" with the other "soul" (who probably is afflicted with amnesia) before they had a chance to write down what they did to achieve their results.
Out of the 7 billion people on this planet, one can only imagine how many of those people would love to be able to do what you're asking. Someone kills themselves on average, every 20 minutes. I bet there's a large chunk out of that number that would've loved to have had the option to just vacate their body and have someone else finish the remaining years (specially those with kids). And by contrast, I wouldn't be surprised that there's just as many dead people who died before they wanted to, and would love to have another opportunity even if it only means a partial lifetime at the end of the life expectancy instead of the beginning.
And you know why else it doesn't make sense that this is possible? Well, for the first example, let's assume it's a one way ticket. You can leave but you can't come back. Just like suicide. You can leave, but you can't come back... as soon as you leave, that life is over. It's dead. It's done. --Do you know how many people kill themselves over stupid shit? I'm not trying to disgrace them by saying that, but it's true. A lot of people kill themselves over stupid shit. I can't tell you how baffled I get when I see people who killed themselves over something that I've seen people overcome. On one hand, it sucks their mind got to the point that they couldn't take it anymore... on the other hand, it sucks that their parents and society and themselves weren't able to provide them with the coping skills that would've helped them make a different choice. Coping skills.
So of course "soul exchanges" aren't possible because some people won't think it through all the way and may change their mind about it later... it's inevitable. Just like I'm sure some people changed their mind about suicide after it happened (assuming they exist after they're dead... and yes I say assume because there is no hard evidence that we do, only speculation and imagination... that's why if anything was going to get "disclosed" I think the afterlife would be priority and not "ETs" and if "ETs" are as smart as believers make them out to be, you'd think they've already mastered afterlife communication, no? Probably not. Travelling to the moon/outer space is more possible than chit-chatting with dead people... but anyways, back to the point, sorry).
And for this second example... if it was possible... if you could leave your body, and another soul occupy it... wouldn't that mean that you could come back to it if the other soul decides to leave it? Can you imagine how mental our society would be if this was possible? People could make "schedules" and you'll never know who you're talking to (which soul is occupying the body at the time)!
Human: "Okay, you'll have the body Monday-Thursday. I'll take Fri-Sun." etc etc.
And if souls learn to do this.. occupy living human bodies... what's to stop them from doing it forcefully? What if they want to be a rock/pop/movie/porn star for the day? Heck, if this is possible and learnable after I die... everybody better watch out. And I mean every body. Friends and enemies alike. You know how there are those friends that like to ninja people's cellphones and send out humiliating texts to the contact list if there isn't a password on the phone? It's kind of like that. A soul could do so much damage "occupying a body" for the day specially if they don't like the original owner of that body. And don't forget about frenemies. People who pretend to be friends but are actually more like enemies. Don't assume that just because people die, they're all of a sudden love and light and altruistic and farting rainbows. I think it makes more sense that some people with bad attitudes still have remnants of that bad attitude after death (another reason why I don't think suicide is a remedy for depression because that depression might still be present after death).
And speaking of all this... it reminds me of that liar, Sylvia Browne. Supposedly, when she "channels" her "spirit guide" Francine... Sylvia goes off to la-la land and sits on a bench or something in the afterlife, while Francine talks to the audience. But this doesn't help you at all because Sylvia Browne is a con-artist, scammer, and liar. She's a good writer though. She'd have to be to get this far with her charade. But supposedly, when Francine is inside Sylvia, mannerisms and gestures and postures change. Now, if this was truly real... if it's possible for that old bag, wouldn't it be possible for others? Maybe you should spend $500 and make a phone appointment with Sylvia Browne and ask her about it? I can save you the $500 and tell you she'll probably say, "it's not your path for this lifetime" and then she'll probably tell you stuff to get you optimistic about your future (but years down the line so she'll probably be dead or senile before they're supposed to happen) but also assure you that life gets tough, you just gotta get through it. Blah Blah Blah.

As much as I am for "awareness expansion" and gaining knowledge... this is just one subject that I think is a dead end. The closest experience someone shared of this, they said they still have their memories so it's like they're still the same person anyways (because they are). But I know that won't stop you from repeating your quest on other forums and this website is just one of the stepping stones on your journey.
----
And seeing as how you've completely ignored all of my input I've shared with you about this whole thing, I know you're just going to glaze over this comment because you're not actually interested in it anyways. Because if you were, there's some pretty good stuff up there that's worth your time considering if you were genuinely interested in your endeavor.
Good luck.
Sir[ you are apparently totally ignorant of all spiritual matters and don't really want to be open minded enough to explore the possibilities of life after death , souls, reincarnation etc., so I am wondering why you are on this site at all and further why you are investing so much time
and energy debunking things you have no knowledge of. Perhaps you are afraid ?
This website is for people who have reached a certain level of understanding to share and edify and get support.
If that is not what y ou are here for , then why are you here?
++++
minded souls to exchange information and
@Windwalker, Sir, I'm offended. You've offended me. Not very love and light of you to make me feel unwelcome. Perhaps you're the one who's afraid? I'm the one actually thinking about stuff, and writing about what I think, and my experiences. You're the one who barks someone doesn't belong here because they don't conform with your way of thinking.
I can tell when someone reads my entire comment versus them only reading parts of it. I'm going to bounce back what you said and say that you're apparently the ignorant one to even consider that I'm ignorant of spiritual matters and don't want to be open minded. You don't know anything about me. You don't know what I've been through. And you CLEARLY didn't read my entire comment (or just didn't comprehend it) because if you did, I even said a few things about what I'm experienced in so don't you pretend to dare to think you know about my knowledge specially when you don't read everything given.
"Things I have no knowledge of"... says the lady who thinks she's a walk-in with all her previous memories in tact. <--- That right there, says more about you than any post or comment you could ever submit.
I answered your question in depth at this link provided below because I have manners and understand it has nothing to do with this OP. Just like you talking about my character has nothing to do with the OP either but oh well, you already went there.
