Hey.

I am writing this because I have been reading a book called "The emotion code". So I've been in contact with some emotions stored in my body I wasnt aware of. 

The worst part it's that i realized that recent stomach issues I am having now are related to a person that hurt me last year, and who never apologized and that who doesnt even seem to care about hurting me at all. As soon as I realized this was the cause of my last stomach problems I became sad right away, bcuz to a certain degree, I thought I was over it.

I did have stomach problems before but now they are getting bad again. Apparently I have the habit of storing all of my feelings of hurt and anger in my stomach.

What I dont know how to do is how to let go of these feelings because this person doesnt seem to care about hurting me at all. I was sending love to my stomach and telling to myself I dont need to get even hurt physically for all these feelings. The worst is that I get with the feeling that I can't forgive because when I asked for an apologies I was either ignored or blocked. He wouldnt even do it as a gesture of compassion toward me, as if my feelings didnt matter and I didnt have worth at all.

HOW CAN YOU FORGIVE SOMEONE LIKE THAT?

I DONT CARE ABOUT FORGIVING TO RECONCILE WITH THIS PERSON I JUST DONT WANT MY BODY SUFFERING ANYMORE FOR THIS :'(

I've decided I've gotten very beautiful, useful and enlightening answers and that's enough for me, i'll meditate about this issue with my higher self, this guy's higher self and my guides and I'll keep working and releasing and healing myself <3<3<3

  • My friend. As many are saying here,True Forgiveness is the only answer. But when you can't or don't know how or fell all confused in your forgiveness issues Remember one thing, some how on some level in this life or past lives you created this Karma. So forgive yourself as well as him. There are times though like when a crack head killed my dog that Forgiveness is hard to find. Then what I do is call on the Holy Spirit within and ask him to to lift this burden and do the forgiving thing for me until I am strong enough to do it myself. It may take some time for the wounds to heal but they will heal much faster if you turn it over to the Holy Spirit. Thats part of his job. He is your teacher and guide to your higher self. Prayer works Miracles.Adonai

  • Have you considered the perspective that you planned to live this kind of life before you came here? You planned everything.And this father of yours agreed to play this part for you. All in the desire to learn something of it. If you can accept this, that all this is really your choice, you will be able to move past it. You can accept this, or live as a victim for the rest of this life. Up to you. If you have the desire to "ascend" you will have to be able to let such things go...because living as a victim will only keep you "down" and not enable you to move onto "higher" levels of consciousness. 

    Again. It is up to you. :)

  • Hey Pam, I think maybe what Kelly and Eve had said as well in this. Just release the emotions and move on from there. If he treated you this bad, you don't have to forgive him, but forgive yourself, and let the old feelings from it go away 

    There is nothing pure and innocent about what he did to you, and you may not ever want to forgive him, but when you make a connection with yourself, and are able to move on with it, in time you will be able to just to see what it was, and just shrug it off.

    Just remember that this is for you, and to let go of old emotions with this. Getting rid of old emotions is real normal, when is undergoing a Spiritual Journey, and sometimes yeah we have to go back to older ones, in order to get rid of them, so we can move forward onto our Journey

  • Yes, but you are hurting yourself. It is absolutely unimportant for you if the other person is happy or not. You don't have to proof that you are not nothing. Why should you even bother what this person thinks about you?

    And yes, I understand what you are feeling.

    Two years ago I had a very bad case of migraine. It was the first time in my life that it was so bad, I even wasn't able to see. I literally was half blind. I puked because of pain. I was afraid to the bones it could be a stroke. I couldn't even think correctly, I just knew that I better should try to get to a hospital. I tried to grab some things and left the house. (I don't know why, but I wanted to take the bus to the hospital... I have no idea why I didn't call an ambulance...) Outside I met a (now former) friend of mine. I asked him for help. He just answered that he wouldn't drive me to the hospital, since he would be waiting for a call... on his mobile phone.

    I totally know what it means if someone treats you like shit. But this doesn't make me a different person, it only shows how weak the other person was.

    I think many of us carry these hurts around, sometimes we bury them so deep that we don't even know they are there. I have come across a technique that seems to work really well, for me at least. Every human comes in with a set of guides or helpers these are actually energetic components of your greater self.. So we call on our helper set,spirit, our great I am consciousness, the ascended masters.. Whatever your comfortable with they and we are all part of one consciousness!

    So this is what I found worked... " I call on my guides and angels to remove and transmute the anger held in side of me and to replace it with all that works for my highest good". There is a visualisation that works well with this and that is to visualise the anger as a ball of dark energy and see it move out the top of your head and then see it replaced with soothing golden white light.

    This can be adapted for sadness or any other thing that's holding you back. For example I call for my guides and angels to remove thought patterns/emotions/habits/energy that are not working for my highest good and replace them with all that's in my best interests, again picturing the old leaving and the new coming in. You can also couple it with the breath.. Breathing out all that no longer serves you and breathing in new beginning. If you start to feel the emotion in the process see if you can distance yourself from it and observe it as if it belongs to someone else.

    I sincerely hope this is of assistance and wish you luck. Whether you believe it or not you are surrounded by a whole host of invisible energy just waiting to assist you. You need only ask. Frame it in the positive; for example you wouldn't say " I don't want to be a smoker anymore" you would say " thank you for helping me to stop habits that are not working for me and ( important) thank you for replacing them with habits that work for my highest good. It is an exchange

    • Yes, this method is an excellent one. Applied some variation of it myself for sometime now....and it really works. If you just are persistent and keep it up for some time the thought patterns and beliefs will change accordingly to the will of the "greater good"  (or whatever you want to call it). The thing is to not give up if it appears that the same feeling/thought comes again after it is "forgiven" or transmuted. It will come as many times it have to for you to get over it completely. And with time the thoughts/belief structures will just be forgotten and not come again.

  • Don't ask why you should forgive someone that did that to you, rather ask if you can forgive him for yourself. It is only you which experience the effects of not forgiving and holding on to anger. Don't think of forgiveness as something you do for someone ELSE but something you do for yourself. If you truly forgive, which means to completely forget about that which you have forgiven, you will set yourself free from all the pain and suffering that is felt.

    Forgiveness and letting go of all past hurts is actually the most worthy gifts you can give yourself. To forgive is to open up. To open up means to feel love. To feel love is to be love. As you open up you prove for yourself and everything out there that you are willing to let go of the past and be in the Now. Everything is in the Now. Being in the Now is to be in everything. The freedom is worth more then anything else that you can get or "earn" in the world of the physical. 

  • Hey Pam, one thing that might help let go of some of the emotions from this, is to ask yourself what kind of lessons you have learned from all of this, and thank the lessons you learned. It may not be the kind of Peace that you want to find for him more less, but it would bring you inner Peace, if you just look back and think of what kind of lessons have been learned. Then that way, you can look back at these lessons you have learned later on in your life, and say to yourself that you don't want to go through something like that again 

    Could of been a real case of a Soulmate, that was brought forth to learn out lessons in life. That does happen from time to time.

    As far as your stomach problems, emotions are right within the stomach area, that you had mentioned, that is where most of our emotions are stored at, and you might have to take some time for yourself. Release the emotions some, even if it means crying. That does help as well. Your stomach may feel better after releasing some of the old emotions like that.

  • Well I think if you can look at it from a higher perspective...i.e...this guy was in my life for a reason, he treated me that way for a reason, he's playing that role in my life, for a reason....to bring up deep seated issues within me already there....and in that way, he's actually doing a service for me and helping me grow....then I think it'll be easier to forgive him.

    I think, too, that you have to have a real true desire to forgive him, for what he did....not just so you can be free of this baggage. Because then it's not really forgiveness, if you say, well I want to forgive him so I can be rid of these awful feelings in my stomach, well that's not really forgiveness, authentic forgiveness is, I forgive him for what he did, I let go of resentment towards him, and I still can love him and see him in a pure way despite what he did. I think that's real forgiveness, and that will really clear this issue for you.
