I was wondering some way to keep out negative energy for good.
I feel like I've tried everything. And it really works for a while.
It seems like every time I am very balanced, some outside energy will disrupt it. I'm constanly trying to remove this energy, but it always comes back.
For while I was having problems not letting my mother take my energy, this is a lot better now though :)
But now, I'm trying to avoid some "negative" beings (especially the MIB!!) Its really difficult to do, they have been following me for a really long time.
every little thing bothers me. I can't watch the news, and my mom always has it on (I'm 16 and was in the system for awhile, soo I can't really relocate right now) At school, I can't read my book for english because its about abuse and it bothers me all day.
Basically I'm over sensitive to just about everything and dont know what to do about it. The other day I killed a bug and felt like a murderer. I know a lot of the energy comes from somewhere else. I just cant figure out how to permanently remove unwanted energy. Any ways that help?

I know the feeling dear about not being able to watch the tv, I keep embarrassing myself walking of the room while my sister is watching a show and something comes on that I cannot handle. It's weird. Vampires and monsters I can handle. But when someone is mean to a fellow human being, I can't stand it and have to leave.

:P Everything has it rythm, and it's invariable (in this case energy going from positive to negative and viceversa).
Yet there are 2 "planes" where it manifest (int the mental phenomena case), let me quote the Kyballion again:
"There were two general planes of Consciousness, the Lower and the Higher, the understanding of which fact enabled them to rise to the higher plane and thus escape the swing of the Rhythmic pendulum which manifested on the lower plane. In other words, the swing of the pendulum occurred on the Unconscious Plane, and the Consciousness was not affected. This they call the Law of Neutralization. Its operations consist in the raising of the Ego above the vibrations of the Unconscious Plane of mental activity, so that the negative-swing of the pendulum is not manifested in consciousness, and therefore they are not affected. You can imagine it as a wave, if you try to block it, it will eventually hit you, but you cal also rise above it and let it pass.

Hi Mara, yes negativity comes back all the time but it's an illusion, so what I do is EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique. First I did it with a practitioner and it was so easy and so powerful, and now I can just do it on my own whenever someone is talking about something that is upsetting and bothering me. Counsellors tap on themselves when hearing their client's sad stories too. I would recommend you see a practitioner and then keep doing it yourself whenever you start judging things. It's so effective, just clearing emotional issues that block our Chinese Meridian points, that it's gone viral.
We start feeling judgemental when the fear makes us insecure. It's an illusion and fear is a liar. :-)

You can't remove negative energy for good. It will always come to you ceasessly. All you can do is just do your best to block it out as much as possible and make efforts to try to get rid of it all the time and stay in high spirits. Mind you, I think that it's okay to let a bit of it in, as a lot of the truth coming out carries a lot of negative charge with it, but it's important to acknowledge the truths and not be naive. Don't try to control or judge yourself too much. I'd make the best of the negative things that are revealed to me. It's good to be aware and realistic, but try to not let it all get you down too much. Look at it all with a detached, neutral respective and judge the facts coldly. At least that's what I am trying to do. I'm no expert at this.
