How to surrender?

Well I don't think it's about surrendering the mind to the body and soul, per se...it's more about...understanding the role they play in our being. Like the mind is important, but it's a tool...it's not the center of ourself, it's not the true real core of us...that's the heart and soul, that's our true being. Our being, our heart and soul...uses our mind, our analytical, thoughtful tool...and uses our body, our physical vessel in this physical world....to express and expand itself.

That's ultimately what the whole purpose of life is, right...expression and expansion of self. And helping others do the same. That's ultimately what service is, helping others grow and express and expand themselves. And that's all God does lol Express and expand himself, so he can discover more of the vastness of his being. And that's all we do, too. The mind is a tool. People are so trapped in their minds...so it's good you're trying to get out of the mind.

But..the mind is the seat of ego...and it always wants to be in control because it fears death lol So I think that the idea is, to not really surrender the mind totally, but to just shift the role...where it plays the role of servant, like the mind is supposed to be, instead of the role of being in control all the time, and being the master. It's not going to die lol It's not going to be powerless..it's just moving into it's real function, as servant of your true self, your heart and soul. And once you can start getting into this mode...then you'll be more happy, and more in touch with yourself, things in life will be more real, and you won't have a block on yourself...it'll be easier to express and expand and be yourself in all that you do. That's how it works for me at least...and...it's better this way lol

Never surrender, never say die. Your mind is your brain not actual work, by thinking you create chemical signals. It is not like moving something with your mind at all. Catch up. Learn. Seek me out.
