Hu sound therapy and dna cellular cleansing

    Repeating Hu

in a song like chant can cleanse our Dna

when sung it sounds like  Hue

hee yue

here is a short 1 minute video of a group of 30 or so chanting it together it really is amazing the

higher frequencies that surface

this is helping with the elevating of earths ascension.

    Hello Sag 13,

           I first encountered eckankar way back in 1969 when I was seeking spiritual knowledge.  Actually joining the organization didn't come for me untill 2000, though.  It makes a difference. It works.  And the simple "spiritual exercises" are uplifting and effective.  I'm not realy certain of the difference between an eck master and an ascended master, but I believe the eck masters are focused primarily on the individual's spiritual unfoldment, while the other guys are more involved with the "goings-on" on the planet as a whole.  All I can say is its available as an individual path for anyone to try.      baraka bashad  "may the blessings be"
