recently I found out that i can tap into this energy almost every time when I think of good things, such as love, spiritual thoughts, intention to spread spiritual knowledge.
The energy gave me this sensation that run through my body, but mostly my brain especially back of the brain, my arm and my face, the energy also trigger goosebumps all over my body.
This began early 2012 back then i have no idea what cause it to happen, and this year I realize that i can
tap into that energy on my will. at least 80% of the time, all i have to do is try to feel good with my heart and have good intention towards life which i believe will create better future for mankind.
So, do i keep tap into that energy? or i just dont' worry about it and let what ever happen happen
currently i try to meditate when it arrives, is there a better use of this energy?

That energy you speak of is an energy that can heal people which is an amazing gift... my tip is not to worry when it arrives into your body and it's best to ground it into mother gaia (so that the energy transference is functioning to the maximum healing quotient level) ♥

be careful as to who gives you advice -there are ways to stimulate kundalini and I've posted one that I know about but it could be dangerous-take your time and learn about it
