  Sounds like the letting go of an old way of being. Sometimes it feels hard & like a death but the new which follows is always so much more beautiful and alive. There is a HUGE amount of cleansing going on and energies pouring down onto this planet right now, so a lot of sensitive people are really feeling it. It's a bit like being in the washing machine, you get all spun around and jumbled up and have no idea which way is up any more, then you get wrung out and it can sometimes feel like the energy has been sucked out, but later you will dry off in the sunshine and be all fresh and new again - colours brighter than before, smells fresher, feeling lighter.....     Hi Shelly, I am sure we have all done the death thing many times and are experts at it and I am convinced there is something better for us when we leave this body , it has served it's purpose for this life, and if it is a physical death I will be happy to step out of it . life as we know it is a real pain in the butt.

  I maybe get about 3 hours then wake up for a while then I go back to sleep.
  
  I do often get a hour in the afternoon if the staffie leaves me alone and avoids licking my skin,it;s his fettish, he is a pest . hugs to you Leila.

  as others here have suggested, i believe your dream/vision may be telling you that something inside of you is metamorphisizing! your body, mind, ego, spirit is shedding a skin, of sorts. much like our friend, the catapillar! i see your dream as deeply symbolic (as our dreams often speak the language of our deepest soul), and that while a change is taking place, it is a necessitated and evolutionary one. of course, as we've all discussed in the past, perhaps your body aches are energy blockages that are necessarily rising to the surface, as they are being pushed from your being during this, one of constant, life~soul~transitions... try using a salve and taking some time to consciously~lovingly massage it into the painful areas..? ~works for me~ ;0) loves!

    Thanks Kahlila, this last couple of weeks has been hard for me with intense dreams of the past, constant pain, my best friend',s illness, not sleeping not having a clue about what I want to eat , I feel very battered, I know the vision I had does not mean death new beginnings I would imagine, but either way I am not affraid, I can accept my destiny ,no problem, anyway dying is easier than living and at least I would be reunited with my son.
    
    I was watching the vision from a distance.

    Thankyou so much to you all , I am well aware I am doing some deep spring cleaning at this time as where ever we are going the baggage can't come with us , it is painful in every sense and the amount of years I have spent on this planet I have gathered an awful lot of it.
    I won't dwell on the vision, it came and went I will move on , things are coming thick and fast just now not much space between events ,it can only mean we are close to the end, I do hope so. l
